My stay was not good at this hotel. There was a huge bug in the room. The remote control barely worked. The bathroom sink was clogged and took a while for the water to go down.

Wanted early check, after having driven all night to escape hurricane Martin.They accommodated me and I was able to go to my room immediately upon arriving.

I stayed the 1st floor. Ice bending mahcine is only on 3rd floor. Overall hotel looks old.

We got to the hotel directly after chech-out. The lady at the desk was friendly

I was in town for a softball tournament. The tournament got rained out and the hotel would not let me cancel my booking for the rest of the stay. I asked them before 9:00 am and they refused to cancel. I was charged for a night that I did not stay. When I tried to call later in the morning to talk to someone she hung up on me 3 times.

No security touring the compound. Drug users smoking crack on side of building.

Staff were hard to find. Rude when you did find them and ask questions. Came to my car one morning and a staff member was parked beside me, sitting in their car, the smell of weed coming from their car was so strong that it made me and my children nauseous. Then they returned to the lobby to work.

It was not up to par with all the other holiday inn locations I have been to. It was outdated, had tattered, old furniture, & had a wet mop, mildew smell

We were traveling home from Florida and booked a room with 2 double beds. When we check they said they were out of rooms with double bed, and she told us she could upgrade us to a suite with a sofa bed. We go look at the sofa bed to see if it was broke down, and just like I thought it was. The room also had a stranger odor to it. The lady at the front said that she would authorize a refund and we still haven’t seen a refund. The property is hard to get a hold of.

First, the room was humid even with the air conditioner on and had a hard time sleeping because you always felt damp. Second, there were no USB connections in the room. Third, there were two bottles of conditioner in the shower instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would never stay in this facility again

Stopped over for two nights on the way to somewhere else. Wanted to Give Montgomery a look. This hotel is in a good location. 15 minutes from downtown ant the Capitol. Mant restaurants close by. Holiday Inn Express is usually a great choice and this place fit their reputation. Not brand new but clean, well maintained, friendly staff, efficient, and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast area was neat clean and organized. The buffet was very clean, well stocked, and was looked over by a wonderful lady named Kathy. I've had the blessing to travel a bit and been to many "Breakfast Included" hotels, but I must say this one was probably the best. Thank you Kathy!

Staff were all super friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Firm bed (good for me); pillows were iffy. (Said soft on one and firm on the other but there seemed to be little difference.) Room HVAC was easy to adjust. Power blinds and drapes were a plus.
Roll-in shower was good. Plenty of clean towels and washcloths. Eco-friendly soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
Breakfast was a disappointment - meh.
