It was just what I needed. The only downside was It was under construction.

Showed up to check in. They sold our room. So we got a dirty side room the desk guy was using as his. Loud people in rooms around us.

Almost Everything was perfect. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing, the gentleman who came in for night shift was unfriendly at best and argumentative

We stay at Sonnesta whenever we are visiting West Dundee. Room is good. Clean. No free breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel on the 19th and the 29th and both times it was so noisy my husband didn’t get any sleep and he was driving to Ohio. This was supposed to be a rest stop over but he got no rest.

The property was conveniently located to everything! There was no soap in the room and had to go downstairs to the desk to ask for soap. The bath tub was dirty but they said it was due to the construction going on. My main complaint was that we were there for three nights and not once was our room serviced with new towels or was the waste baskets emptied. At checkout I asked about that and they said that I had to ask to have that done. That’s ridiculous. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was great! There was an issue with one of our rooms, they were very apologetic and moved us to a nicer room. There was one room near us that had small dogs and they barked a lot.

Great check in, super friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed in a quiet area of town.

The room was filthy. It smelled like puke. There was no restaurant or bar like it showed online. The pool room looked disgusting and unclean we didn't even want to take our chances in there. AND they charged me too much. I will be calling about the charges.

Nice quiet location in a good area. My family enjoyed it. They are in the midst of a face lift so its slightly messy but not intrusive or loud. The pool was good and they have a nice basic workout area. No breakfast but hot coffee most of the time and a nice cafe within a short walk. Will stay again when we are back for soccer

Under construction! NO breakfast! Couldn’t use the front door! The elevator was a loooooong ways from the lobby!

On the website it makes you think your getting free breakfast the rooms are dirty and I don’t think they changed our sheets and blankets

I don't think you could find a more comfortable bed in Chicagoland.

They advertise that they have a hot tub. There was no hot tub they advertise breakfast. There was no breakfast. There were three of us in the room and we had to ask for towels hairdryer bedding for the pullout couch. They did not bring a fitted sheet. they brought two flat sheets to ask for pillows actually in one of the pillows also the blanket that they brought looked like something out of the trash. It was a very very bad experience. I was with my granddaughters 14 and 16 and this was supposed to be a celebration with my granddaughters for one of their 16th birthday , I actually would prefer to have my money back or give me a gift card for another hotel in the area in the pool area. The drinking fountain was rustier than old pipes and an old house. There was no seating outside as advertised. It was tile falling off of the walls , huge stains on the ceilings and actually the water was dirty. We could not stay in as long as we would have could see things on the bottom of the pool and hair floating on the top very very very disappointed my son and his wife and the two girls that were with me were there 2 1/2 years ago my son recommended it , but they also did not have any breakfast items 2 1/2 years ago either the woman told me that after Covid they just stopped doing it but they still advertise it when we did get to the room. I know I’m going back-and-forth. It was one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels , so all in all very disappointed would never recommend.

Hotel was in the midst of a remodel. I stayed for two weeks, 1 week in room prior to renovation and another week in a room that had just been renovated. Nice renovation, it was like staying in two different hotels.

Quick stay however disappointed because even though there is a posted charge on my account there is still a pending charge for a week that hasn’t dropped off

Elevator was dirty otherwise clean place enjoyed stay. Staff very helpful
