Was good overall.

15 minutes from the airport. Right off the highway. Near several restaurants for dinner.

The hotel was excellent. The employees were helpful and attentive. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best things. It was different each morning.

Clean as always and staff super friendly. The rooms are super clean.

Loved my room

I stayed for 2 nights and it is very clean. Breakfast was great and staff was 👍 great. The only problem I had was that my room was not cleaned while I was away. Not sure if its upon request to get the room cleaned. I also used the laundry facilities and they are clean as well. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice, check in was quick. Room was quiet at night but was right across from the housekeeping room so this morning it got pretty loud with them talking loudly.

I checked out two days earlier but never received my refund. So that upset me...

It’s worth the pay, very clean rooms and the best was breakfast very good recommend this hotel.

I love the breakfast buffet, and the ladies who prepare the breakfast are really kind, and friendly. Overall everything was great!! I will recommend this hotel to friends and family to stay at.

Got in to town from a work roadtrip late. Parked in the lot and got on on my hotels app to book a room. Within two minutes of being parked the security guard starts flashing his flashlight in my car and in my face saying "y'all need to get out of here!". I was alone. I tell him I'm trying to book a room. He says "no rooms. You gotta leave, NOW!". I don't take his word for it as he's already told me to leave without any inquiry in to why I was there. I try to call the front desk a couple of times with no answer. The security guard continues to flash his light in my face and calls me a crackhead. Which I am not. I call the front desk again and they answer only to tell me there were no rooms, but upon telling him of my experience in the parking lot he reveals he's aware of my situation and that the security guard had told him, as he told me, that I would not get a room that night. Now sure I would not get a room that night, and never will choose to stay there again, I left. I had two previous stays at this hotel. One of which I am writing this review under. Whether they were sold out or not, how I was treated was rude (I have greatly understated the vitriolic behavior of the security guard) and unacceptable

Our room is surprisingly small. We’ve stayed at many HIX and this is probably my least favorite. It’s big enough for a king sized bed, and a small chair squeezed into the corner. I would not want to be here for longer than 1 night.
