The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. Has been renovated, and is very clean. Nice stay, will stay here again

I arrived to Hotel around 10:40 pm, when I check in, The staff takes 30 mins, looks like he need more help for his job, he make many calls and than finished my check in, when I checkout next morning, the staff take more than 15 mins to make a phone call, I really have no idea what’s happened

The hotel is located right off the highway and was easy to find. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was great. I loved the laminate flooring, black out blinds, comfortable bed and pillows. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Good, clean hotel with a number of dining options nearby. Conveniently located just off the highway so easy to find. Lots of parking including on street behind hotel (good if you have a large vehicle like a U-Haul or RV).

Good clean room, newly renovated and spacious. Only complaint was that we could hear the people in the neighbouring room because of an adjoining door. Not well soundproofed. Otherwise very good.

Don’t stay here. Overpriced considering there is no breakfast, the hotel restaurant and bar are outdated with tips in the seats. Service is not friendly. Was asked to leave the bar because a group of child soccer players had it booked. The bathroom needs updating and maintenance in the hotel room. Not impressed with this place. Won’t stay again unfortunately.

The rooms were newer and clean. I really liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. The hot tub was not very well maintained. The water was very dirty and not very hot at all- granted it was May long weekend and very busy. The sauna was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The bed and pillows were amazing! Rooms was very well kept clean. Didn’t care for lack of food services, and there was some confusion with my reservation,,the attendant at the lobby desk was able to sort this out for me quickly. It wasn’t the best place I’ve stayed but not at all the worst!

Our second floor room had a view of the road with grass directly outside the window (it was straight out to the road). This felt very strange. We arrived later than usual (about 10pm) but didn't feel very welcome. It was a clean room and property. Not sure if I'd stay again.

Advertised with pictures of two bedroom suites. Only one bedroom suite. Second queen is in the kitchen. Unfortunately they did not explain this to us and we found out the hard way.

The girl at the front desk was kind and helpful. There was a mix up with our room and she fixed the problem on her end quickly. Very happy with the service. The only thing I did not like was having to park on the road behind the hotel because the parking lot was very small and tight for a full night at the hotel.

Pillows must be new, which is wonderful. Very over stuffed. My husband and i are average size and it was just too much pillow. Also fan of firnace very loud. Clean and comfortable otherwise.
