Extremely clean. Staff was professional and helpful. Covered pool was a welcome asset and well-maintained. Within walking distance to restaurants. I have recommended this property to family and friends!

It was comfortable, the AC worked. I unfortunately wish I had time to try out the pool but we only stopped in for the night quick.
Bathroom could have an upgrade and there was a leak under the sink.

staff were really lovely, pool had some areas of concern regarding repairs and maintenance, rooms were very out dated but reasonably clean. the price was reasonable for summer rates. the location was not too bad, busy road but close to coffee shop, restaurants and shops.
very out dated and tired looking rooms. little couch not very attractive or comfy. no closet or wardrobe, however there were hangers and a rail beside the couch to hang your stuff. no extra pillows or blanket in rooms. but requested pillows and the staff were very good and prompt.

The staff are amazing and so friendly! The place is clean, quiet and close to some great food options. We will be back on our next visit to Kamloops!

Location is great.
Rented a family suite that only had 1 tv, no couch,and the bath tub wouldn’t drain and the access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom. Our plans changed and it ended up being just the 2 of us. If we had kids it would not have been ideal.

Very pleasant motel. The lady at the front desk remembered me and was very friendly as usual. I booked a queen room and they gave me a king bed, which to a single person, seems like a football field...but obviously they want to exceed expectations and they do a great job of that! Thank-you to the owners!

Very pleasant experience, stayed 3 nights and will stay again. Room had nice modern furnishings and a comfortable king bed. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, very sweet and friendly. They even had daily housekeeping service, which I wasn't expecting!
Driveway is short but steep and slippery when it snows....could use better maintenance and sanding.

Dirty no bath towels in room. Beds substandard. Poor AC. Broken dresser pulls. TV only worked manually not with remote. Cable okay with remote. Substandard everything
