1 night stay with family and traveling with a small dog. The place is super modern and in good shape. The lack of carpets in halls and rooms, with engineered wood instead was so refreshing. The room was very clean, the beds and linen were great/impecable. Great functional gadgets: lots of outlets, large tv screen, good white light throughout the room, towels, and toiletries. Water temperature and pressure were excellent. The lady that checked us in was super welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was good in variety, however, the hot items seemed to go pretty quickly and not replenished in a timely manner. The location is super handy to get off and back on the road, however at night the backstreets (which btw are quite dark) connect well with downtown. The one thing that wasn’t great is that we had plenty of loud people all around us, playing loud music easily noticeable in the reception area (we were on the same ground floor) and nothing was done about it. They seemed to locate all guests with dogs on that ground floor hall, so this added noise, although that’s not for the management to take care of, however loud guests late at night is. All in all it is a good quality stay for its value.

This hotel is very clean and friendly too. They had breakfast included. We will always choose Best Western in Wichita Falls.

Weird neighborhood, loved the feral cats,scared my small dog, room was great clean, bed amazingly comfortable, breakfast amazing, worth the money for sure.

The air conditioning unit was noisy all night but otherwise the room was good for my one night stay while passing through town. Also, I’m not sure what’s happening with shower head I stalltions in the last 5 years but this one, like a lot of others, was I stalked too low for me at six feet tall. The breakfast offering was great!

When we got to our room around 11 pm, went to take a shower, dirty, used wash cloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod, long black hair on the shower wall and dirty spots on the shower curtain. Not CLEAN!!! Brought the issue to the employee’s attention the next morning and he informed we since we had booked 3rd party we were out of luck! Seriously????

It was clean and nice, but our room had a weird smell to it. Tolerable, but not the ‘clean smell’ I’ve encountered at other BW. Great breakfast, and staff was really friendly! Totally fixable with some febreeze, but was I was out!

The front desk attendant was very quick and very very kind. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay there again. The room was good and I enjoyed the service. Wish I would not have slept through the breakfast haha.

Second time we stay at this property. The building is new, but what makes it different is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful, looking for ways to help you during your stay. We will definitely use them again.

You getvwhat you pay for, so for $84 /nt, we didnt expect much. The front desk lady did her job but was slightly rude.
The room was clean but sheets were stiff. They literally almost felt waterproof.
Breakfast was decent and coffee was good!!
If needing a stop in Wichita Falls again we would go back. Location was convenient and well lit.

First floor looks nice but anything above still has the same old smelly carpets. The windows could use same cleaning. Bed linens in our room were nice and clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.

The service was really good. Not the most comfortable bed due to needing a new mattress. The toilet was also loose. Overall it was nice, but needed some changes.

I had a great stay at the Best Western North Side Inn. The room was exceptionally clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong, making it easy to stay connected. Parking was convenient with plenty of space available. The rates were affordable, and the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Plus, having breakfast available each morning was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

The reviews claimed the Hotel was "Wonderful". Not in my opinion. There were dead bugs and a long black hair on the bathroom wall. The room was small. The best I would give it is MAYBE a very good rating.
