We stayed in deluxe room 401 for 6 nights and had a great time in this hotel. The staff of the reception and breakfast restaurant was very friendly and the covid measures have been taken . The room was spacious (30m2). Like the seat, the coffee and tea facilities in our room. Only the window was small so there is little daylight but it didn't bother us. The hugh bathroom is well equipped with rainshower and a high pressure shower head. The a la carte breakfast was served in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the station. We parked our car in the public (Rewe)parking garage at the Bonifaziusstrasse, just behind the hotel for 10 euro per day. it could be cheaper for 5 euro per day but we didn't no how to get there. The location is easily accessible on walking distance to all places of interest like Die alte Stadt and the Rhine. We highly recommend this hotel and will come back again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean, new and stylish. Really great hotel. The location, across the street from the train station, is convenient for transport to all the major tourist sites. My room was dead quiet and wonderfully comfortable. Parking in the area in inexpensive. The only issue I have is not the hotel's problem -- the neighborhood is a bit suspect after 22:00. I wouldn't want to be out alone on the street at night. The hotel is totally safe -- it's just that the area is a bit questionable late at night.

Excellent location close to railway Mainz Hbf railway station. Staff are helpful. The bed and room comfortable and clean. Amazingly quiet considering location. On the down side, one english tea bag and one small shower gel supplied for three night stay of two people is a little mean and did nit like the frosted glass doors to ensuite which made noise whenn opened and closed.

Very convenient if you are passing by this city to catch the scenic train to cologne. Is right across the station and staff is really nice. Room was clean spacious with great amenities (slippers, robe, and toiletries). I couldnt enjoy the breakfast coz the bed was so comfy I slept through it and had to rush to catch my train, but the restaurant seemed to be dishing out some great food. Would stay here again!

The view from my room was of the central train station which was lit up for Christmas. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help you. Chamber cleaning was spot on. Kudos to the whole staff!!! Michael

Lovely hotel in a great location. We booked here for easy access to the Christmas market. Right opposite the main train station it was in a super convenient location and just 10 minutes walk from the Christmas market.

Great hotel for business stay. Room small but comfortable

Everything about the AC Hotel in Mainz was lovely. The building is beautiful, the rooms clean, fresh and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and warm. The food in Adam & Eden is also very good.

Extremely convienient for us next to the Hauptbahnhof. Very helpful staff, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Very nice big bathroom and wonderful shower! It was wonderful to have air conditioning as it was pretty warm this summer. Highly recommend this hotel in Mainz.
