Walls are paper thin, safe wasn't even bolted to the wall, bathroom was mouldy and overall the hotel could do with updating.

The staff has a very rude attitude bed had human hair on pillow, they gave us a new room and there was hair again on the bed, when asked for a new room or a refund all we got was attitude we ended up staying in a different hotel

We had 5 nights at the Eden. Location is great near the station and many restaurants. Breakfast was not included which was a bit bummer. There were no minibar or cups in the room and pillow was terrible. However it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area so I guess you can't complain that much for that price (60e per night)

Eden was walking distance from the central train station and to many great restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Great value!

Overall, I liked it. My one major complaint is that the room was a bit dark.

Great location from train station and center of town, good breakfast buffett, complimentary tea/coffee during the day.

On the positive side, the location is great and the wifi works great. On the other hand, I wasnt satisfied with the rude staff, that switched my reservation when I arrived and charged me for a room I had already paid. The employee was really rude when I said that I already paid, so much that I doubted myself and gave the money before I could confirm anything. When I got to my room, I was sure that I paid so came back and there was another employee. This second one was really helpful, realized that the first one put me in a reservation and room from other people and fixed his mistake. Besides that, the air conditioning wasnt working in both of my rooms, we complained three times, getting, again, rude responses from the first employee, and they moved one of the rooms, but the other stayed without AC until the end of the stay. Other than that, our rooms werent cleaned during our stay, and were already kind of dirty when we arrived, with food wrappers and packages under the bed and all. Overall, I wasnt satisfied with my stay.

Central for our stay in Antwerp, Sportpaleis, shopping, eating and drinking. We had a great time.

Excellent location close to train station and town centre. Room was not cleaned properly: floor had debris and dust and a drink spilled on the wall. Rubbish bins were not emptied the second day of our stay. Recently renovated bathroom at least and comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay. I had to request extra pillows. Otherwise we were happy with everything.

We got to the hotel past midnight, we had called and informed the hotel that we will be arriving after midnight and hotel said it was fine, regardless of the fact that on the information page it says checkin closes at midnight.Once we checked in, we saw that it was a basic room, a double bed, desk and open cupboard. Please note there is no safe, kettle or fridge in the room. The bathroom was nice however, our bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet had stains in it and towels were all over the floor.Once complained we got moved to another room. Bit of an Inconvenience, however the night manager at the time was very helpful.Location of this hotel is great Amsterdam central station is a 5 minute walk and is a 5 min walk from the shopping strip. If you are taking a car, the hotel charges €20 per night for parking, however, there is a multi storey car park near that charges €18.50.Coffee and Tea is free from the hotel in the breakfast room, however bottled water and drinks cost €2.50!! Which is steep compared to a water bottle you can get in a super market for less than half that price!Other than that, it’s a basic hotel with good location and staff is really nice.

The hotel is not very beautiful but it is cheap with a very good location (close to the center).+ : Price, location, friendly staff- : Bad smell in the room, 2 blankets for 1 couple bed not good at all

1. Staff -great, very helpful and nice people!2. Location - perfect! It's in walking distance from central station (about 400 meters) and main sights/shopping area (about 700-800 meters), 3. Room - it was big, normal, clean. Minus of the room was that there wasn't facilities for coffee/tee.
