Pros: Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely the highlights. Good value overall.
Cons: I pre-registered online, but they still made me fill out all the same info on paper. Breakfast was very basic; we ended up eating mostly food that we brought with us.

Very nice room, very clean. Only problem was our key card, had to be reprogrammed twice. Breakfast buffet is very basic.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I love the hot tub. The location is centered around several eating places and easy access to the freeway.

Air conditioning unit was waaaaaay too loud and made it difficult to sleep.
In room smoke detector kept beeping at random times making relaxing and sleep difficult.

Room clean, outdated and smelled musty. Bed was old, pillows old and flat.

The front desk person couldn't log in to the system where I'd already provided all the check-in information so I had to go through it all again in person.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was also really clean. Although no elevator and our room was on 3rd floor, we liked that parking lot at the end allowed you to enter on 3rd floor, so we only had to carry luggage up one floor. Guest laundry worked well. Would stay again

The first room we got stunk pretty bad so we asked to be changed, they kindly changed us. Kids loved the pool, beds were comfy and room was clean. Breakfast didn’t have many options. Pancakes and packaged pastries and yogurt. It was ok but cereal and milk, toast and jam would have been nice.

Quiet - sits back from the freeway. Nice indoor pool. Nice simple breakfast including juices from a juice machine, a pancake making machine, packaged danishes, oikos yogurts, and packaged oatmeal. Our room was clean and smelled good.

Blood stained sheets, broken shower head/bad pressure, broken refrigerator that I lost a lot of food to. And I also had to request a fan because the AC would not even cool my entire suite only the bedroom area and my kids were burning up. We paid extra for the private suite thinking it would be a nicer experience. We stayed here to beat the heat wave and stayed almost a week. I was terribly wrong for choosing this place. I hope to see it cleaned up a lot. It has a lot of great potential and great location for foodies. The front desk ladies were very helpful and improved the experience a little.
