Run down, LOUD BANGING ALL NIGHT from the buildings air circulation and the power went out for about 5 hours. The said the whole town lost power but we went for a drive and EVERYTHING else in town was lit up.

I used to clean commercially for a living many years ago, so the first thing I always do is check the level of clean in a hotel room - especially bathroom, bedding, and inspect matresses for signs of bedbugs (it's more prevalent than you think). This hotel is awesome! Great job! And the Happy Belly Restaurant right outside to the left is phenomenal! Great food, great staff. I'll be back for sure!

We stayed in the family suite....lots of room but thats about the only good thing! The tiles in the bathroom were loose and missing grout, the sink was clogged with hair, everytime someone opened the office door (right below our room) it slammed shut and made a heck of a noise! One of he kids beds was very squecky and we ended up throwing the mattress on the floor, the other kids bed had a piece of metal sticking out the underside and cut my daughters leg, you got a continental breakfast but you had to sit outside at picnic tables to eat it....good luck with all the wasps around!!!

Our room was full of insects and cobwebs and there were holes in the ceiling and walls, which made for a ready influx of pests. Other than that, we loved the room, location and beautiful walking trails right outside our door!

The room was nice and big. But the room didn’t match what they were showing in the photo of the room I asked for. Beds were very uncomfortable, toilet seat was loose, siding was falling off of the wall under the sink, no pressure for having a shower, there were little bugs flying everywhere in our room, stains were on walls in certain places, and it had a fowl smell, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, the pull out futon couch bed was very bad and uncomfortable, even the front door you come in was very hard to close and lock. I won’t be staying here again unless they fix and do some upgrading to the rooms. Beds need to be replaced. Walls need to be painted and washrooms need to be fixed better.

Not the hotel’s fault but construction was an issue, also a shame it was on the wrong side of the river. Waking up to a dinosaur and fantastic scenery was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

I always stay here when i come to drumheller because it is close to the museum and to the north side of town. The staff is very friendly whick makesup for the condition of the rooms. Im sure theyvare as clean as the staff can get them but between the fixed holes in the walls to the cigarette burns or some kind of burns in the floor, it desperately needed a refress
