FANTASTIC stay at SureStay Plus in Drumheller!! Location was great. Staff were AMAZING, so kind, welcoming and helpful! Our room was very comfortable and well equipped (I mean there was even a veggie peeler!). We will definitely be choosing SureStay the next time we’re in Drumheller.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t great for our kids(6&3). No real shallow end for them so we didn’t get as much use out of the pool as we would have liked. However for families with older children the pool should meet the mark.

I like the room it's clean and the bathroom is spacious. My daughter like and enjoyed the slide pool. The front desk staff are nice, accomodating and friendly. Good service!

I noticed one of the pancake maker/ machine keeps breaking down or stop working that causes a long line up and waiting.

Convenient location. Ample parking. Breakfast was good, especially for kids with the pancake maker. Pool was busy but the kids had fun.

No pull through parking spaces for vans with trailers.

card had to be recoded after each use . staff should have reissued a new card , instead they just recoded the ones that would not stay coded . Breakfast room was way to small to handle the guests using it .

I liked the location, the amenities….clean pool area and towels. the staff were very friendly and very helpful despite being run off their feet. the breakfast was also good! lots of options and the ladies working the brekkie room worked very hard. they put up with a lot of noise, chaos and mess from the volume of people who descended on the room in the short time that breakfast is served.

Breakfast was good - lots of selection. Staff were excellent and the cleanliness was good. Pool was great.

Some aspects are a bit dated - like the carpets and furniture. They are clean but you could see stains.
