It was a clean and safe place. Beautiful pool.

Enjoyed three nights. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Buffet breakfast was good although not a huge choice of food items. Pool area was great. Gym was small but if you were determined you could get a reasonable workout done.

Where do I start to help the people looking to stay here,
I’d like to say I’m a frequent traveler and I’ve experienced many hotels, motels in my time and I’d like to refer to the croc club mantra as more of a motel in view of their rooms, very cheap feel and noisey as far as you can hear people walking talking banging e.g
I decided to upgrade to their superior room as I wanted something more in my stay and a balcony for a view, I was charged more as expected which I found fair but I was met with different prices from staff and when asked why the staff was super rude and didn’t have a communication line to each other. Seems the staff set their own pricing?
The upgraded room was very similar to the first room and the balcony was cluttered with trees so I couldn’t see anything past the trees defending the whole purpose.
No service in rooms which is odd for a resort.
Ordered room service was charged 45 dollars for 2 small chocolate mousses that seemed from a can.
The restaurant there is great best steak I’ve had in some time.
We left early due to sickness and they decided to not refund us which they have the choice to do.
Lucky I have travel insurance.
Tried to do some laundry and most of the machines are broken.
Seems very run down and needs a good overhaul.
I wouldn’t recommend this resort spend your money

This property is a perfect place to start your Whitsunday’s family holiday. A massive swimming pool wanders around between the accommodation buildings and tropical gardens make for an adventure children and adults will find memorable. I do recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the hot food was cold (at breakfast). This was a $30 meal -disappointing. The fruit salad was not replaced once eaten

This hotel is starting to look somewhat rundown…rusting metal work decaying timber on balustrades. Needs repainting too in some areas. Breakfast selection was quite average

Its a nice place needs bit of revamp did have usb ports in any rooms. However the front desk manager was great got me one to use while i was there. The restaurant dinner was nice breakfast was ok i think they used powered eggs not so nice. But all nice place for couple nights stop.staff are awesome nothing was problem and quick ob piont there.

The room we were given #355 had an awful pungent odour likened to sewage coming from the bathroom drains, I asked reception on two separate occasions to get it resolved shortly after we arrived but nothing was done, we endured 6 nights with the terrible stench. Disappointing and would not stay here again. Staff were friendly but maybe not very helpful

The staff were very friendly and approachable, the room very comfortable and practical, the resort very pretty and I would love to go back. The breakfast was most excellent. A bit of everything. Supermarket is walking distance. It’s tricky to cross the main road to get to the boardwalk but once you do, the walk to Airlie beach is beautiful. Moved the croc!

The staff at the hotel were a highlight, friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed, great shower and facilities such as kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer and ironing board etc. The communal areas of the hotel needed a good clean and upgrade eg seat cushion in the restaurant were dirty.

The pool, spa, and complimentary buffet breakfast were the highlight for my 8-year-old daughter and my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff was super friendly; there was a wide variety of choices to eat for breakfast, and the food was always fresh, warm and tasty

Happy as our 1 night stay as part of a road trip. Whilst the outside looked a little dated and tired, the rooms were beautifully renovated and well-appointed. The pool area was very appealing with lovely tropical garden. Service was friendly, Restaurant dining was pleasant, albeit a little pricey. Loved that the very good buffet breakfast was included in the price.
