This was expected to be a nice vacation for us. Unfortunately, we were placed in the smallest room in the hotel. We paid for a suite which would have made all the difference. We were told the hotel was overbooked for the weekend and I paid for a single queen room. I showed prood of a suite. We were not given a suite. I was charged a suite rate for a extremely uncomfortable small single queen room. No compensation offered from the hotel. In addition, ice machine leaked and stopped working for the weekend. Elevator was out of order for two of the three days we stayed. Had to use stairs. We were told this happens often. Mold on the celiing over the bed. Shower rod held up by 2 Qtips. Hotels.com attempted to retrieve a refund. I spoke and emailed all information to manager Yogi, whom replied she would get back to me. Never called back. Did not address Hotels.com phone calls either.
During breakfast 2 days, overheard multiple people reported they were giving bad reviews.
This hotel needs a major upgrade.
One positive was the receptionist name Trina. On Sunday, when I complained again and showed the room booked and paid for was a suite and not the small uncomfortable room we were told I booked, did move us to the suite we were suppose to have the entire trip. People moved out and she was able to accommodate us. She was in contact with the manager Yogi and was able to accommodate what we should have had the entire vacation.

This place is dirty and run down. Breakfast was an apple and bread... I've had an intestinal bug ever since my stay.

room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was almost non-existent, with note saying nothing was available because of the hurricane that passed through more than a month ago???

One of the worst Hotels we've ever stayed at. No one at the desk when we checked in at 4:00 PM, It took 15 minutes for the clerk to show up. Half of the lights in our room were not working, being right next to I-75 trucks were noisy all night. There was NO hot water for 5 hours. Breakfast was imitation Cheerios & toast. Coffee was weak.We will not recommend this place.

No hot water. The tub could not be stopped up for a bath. The carpet was torn. The elevators were dirty. The breakfast was nothing but toast and instant oatmeal, with a sign that blamed the storm which was 5 weeks ago and is not a cause for disruption of food. VERY POOR. Wyndham should be very disappointed

Awful service. Couldnt check in until 5pm even though check in is at 3pm. Dirty room and groups of people lingering outside yelling at me while i walked to my car.

The rooms were nice. Check-in was pleasant. The breakfast that was advertised was not anything special. No sugar for the coffee and the only thing they had for breakfast was Cheerios. Other than that it was a nice place for convenient day in and out.

The room was OK. Very little to eat for breakfast that was blamed on the hurricane that happened a month ago. A cockroach issue in the bathroom.

Had to wait for keys to work every day

Had to wait for her to get bs k from zaxbys with her kids at the front desk to get keys to work the 2nd day plus coffee and towels .
3rd night same tho g not at the front desk we had to wait on coffee while she was with her kids .

The tv didn't work, sink and tub missing functional drain plugs. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and able to have my dogs stay with me.

Not a very good experience. In fact, the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room had a strong smell of moist that seemed to come from bathroom ceiling which had apparent mildew. The shower curtain had holes all over. All Mirrors were stain with what seemed looked like remove clued artifacts. We found stain spot on bed sheet and other area within the walls. TV remote battery plate was missing and volume malfunctioning, power button didn’t work either.

Check in was at 3:00 but they didn't have a room ready until 3:45, and then only after I insisted they go check. They were friendly enough, but the excuse was that they were full the night before. I thought having customers was a good thing, not a problem.

I book a room on Sept 30. I worked hard all day doing disaster relief in nearby Lakeland GA. When I got to the hotel on October 4th i got all my luggage out of the truck and went to the front desk. The lady told me my reservation was confirmed. Then she says the hotel was overbooked and i no longer have a room. I called hotels.com and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave me a $30 cash key. I think i deserve a free stay. I almost had to sleep in the truck. The only thing that stopped me from doing so was my wife calling a nearby friend.

I was not happy with my room. I over heard the desk clerk say that they didn’t want to put me on the second floor… don’t know why, but the main floor was the only option for me. This room, was the most bare, most basic room I’ve ever stayed in. It didn’t even have a mini fridge or microwave in it. I was sorely disappointed and if I could rate it a -1, I would.

Half the lights did not work. No iron. The bathroom vent was exposed whole did not work, Bathroom tile floor was slick with steam with every bath. Pool and gym out of commission.

If you are a pot or crack head you will feel at home. The air is permeated with stink weed inside and out-all our clothes stunk.
The tv and microwave didn’t work. The couch was shredded like cheese.
The bed was clean and comfortable.

They put us in the first room it had an awful smell and the toilet wouldn’t flush,then we got moved to another room the tv didn’t work they pool&gym was closed, got up to eat breakfast and they had nothing really up there!overall a bad experience!

Not knowing the area and having stayed in a Microtel in the past and having a good experience we thought it would be similar with this stay and it was not. There were roaches in hallway, the “laundry facility” was dirty. The first room given to us smelled like wet carpet and only had one working light so it felt like a dungeon, we had to ask for them to change the room which they did the second room was ok but bathroom was small and not very clean. There was no soap. At one point I had to leave room and there was a huge roach just wandering the hallway. Breakfast is non existent apart from the coffee .

This motel is very very nice for the price. The important things were a very comfortable bed and it was very clean. There were minor things that go along with the price which was a leather couch that was peeling and kind of difficulty getting TV channels. For a few hours stay in a good bed And shower it worked for us.

At arrival we were advised the pool would be closed, but nothing was mentioned on the original booking, looked like the pool was green and closed for awhile. After going to our room the AC did not work, they did move us to the room next door. When getting ready to check out my husband went to take a shower and NO hot water! Finally at check out I explained I was NOT happy and stayed here many times before, so there my list have been an owner change. The service desk told me there was no manager on site gave me a business card and didn’t even offer a refund. After leaving I contacted Hotels.com and they reached out to the property and then they decided to comp me a one night stay. My conclusion is I will not return.

The rooms have no refrigerators or microwaves. Booked a room for 3 days and each morning the cleaning staff would aggressively knock on the door to only collect dirty towels. The staff that actually cleaned the room and had clean towels came later. There was no sign to hang stating 'do not disturb'. Although I saw some signs on other doors on other floors. Just feel it could be better.

I asked for a handicap room and they said I could not have a handicap room, which I no they didn’t want me to have one. Hotel was not busy, so therefore I couldn’t take a shower and very hard to use toilet, because I needed the hand bars that comes in handicap rooms. I am an amputee of my leg which I can’t take shower with out shower chair and grab bars.

The property was clean, my room was mostly clean. The bathtub was stained or not cleaned well. The shower curtain was threadbare and had holes in it. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and haven’t had an issue. This time we were very disappointed with the condition of our room as well as pool closure which was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel as we have 2 children (they were looking forward to the pool). I did complain and told them the pool being closed should have been noted on the website. Our room had a strange smell, which my husband is still dealing with as it penatrated his CPAP mask. The shower curtain was not in good condition, there were missing vents, and a booger smeared on the bathroom wall. The fire detector was not secured to the ceiling, and looked as if it was going to fall on one of the beds at any moment. The security door on the side of the building closest our door stayed cracked open most of our stay. The condition definitely has declined since our last stay. Unfortunately we will not be returning as customers.
