Amazing hotel with great facilities and location (15 second walk from the Gran Via, 10 min walk to La Plaza Mayor), and more importantly, a super friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was immaculate, well presented and comfortable; breakfast was very good, though no tea or coffee in the room; shower was fab. The room was small but modern and the location very central. This meant that there were literally screaming people outside that kept me awake from 3am onwards. I asked for an iron as there wasn’t one in the room and was told there were no irons but I could pay for a laundry service after 9am. I chose a slightly crumpled look…

We had a good experience. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful and prompt. Our room was spacious and clean. Only downside was, a lot of construction in front of the hotel.

We have been staying at the Hotel Liabeny for 40 years. Have always found the staff friendly & very helpful. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. Very centrally located to shops & many restaurants.

This is very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. The hotel is very clean and has a nice restaurant as well as good room amenities like toiletries and a mini bar. The parking is a bit difficult to get to just because of pedestrian traffic but it is available. Great stay overall, would stay again next visit.

My husband and i enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Liabeny. The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located in heart of a shopping area. We enjoyed walking to shop and eat. There is also a restaurant within the hotel for convenience.
We would definitely stay here again.

Outside noise did not let me sleep well. It was the first time this has happened. I have stayed seventy times in the hotel but this time the noise was unacceptable.

Hotel and rooms are clean, modern, with AC (a must when visiting in summer). Situated conveniently near Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. We are a family of 6 (including 3 teenagers) visiting Madrid for the first time; we had to split into 2 rooms but still good value for us. FYI- Adjacent plaza is undergoing construction so a bit of an eyesore.
Staff were very helpful. They accommodated our early arrival (8AM) as best they could. In particular, one staff member went above and beyond- he walked with us 2 blocks to help hail a taxi as we were late for the train station.

Three of us each wanted our own private room. The best thing for us about Hotel Liabeny is the availability of small single rooms at a very reasonable price. Could not ask for a more interesting location in this very walkable city.

It is a nice hotel, centrally located; unfortunately, the street/area around the hotel is under construction.
Uber will not be able to reach the hotel because of that.

Lovely place to stay within walking distance of lots of Madrid sights as well as shopping and dining. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was simple but nice.

This hotel greatly surpassed our expectations in location, staff service and professionalism, food, cleanliness, etc. From details such as going for breakfast (I strongly recommend you try their breakfast buffet) and being back to our already made beds and clean rooms to being able of borrowing umbrellas for a rainy day, this is the hotel to stay in Madrid. This hotel is also on walkable distance to "La Gran Via", "Plaza Callao", "Royal Palace", "Plaza Mayor", "Mercado San Miguel", etc. I highly recommend it!

The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved.
