Breakfast was amazing!

The staff from the get go was amazing! Told us where the cameras in the parking lot so we could park our motorcycles right there. To the front desk staff giving us some spray for our helmets to clen the bugs!

The rooms were very out of date. Watching TV was like I was in the 90s again. No virtual guide, instead you have a scrolling guide when you tune to the guide channel. Hot tub in room did not drain and fixtures were dirty. Trim on walls were missing. The worst was there was a bed bug on me when I woke up in the morning. The manager couldn’t be bothered to deal with me in person when I was addressing the issues and getting a new room. Instead she had the front desk attendant do everything. Very unprofessional.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in but it needs some updating. Entry door sticks due to unlevel floor, no usb plugins, low toilets with no grab bars, vacuum the elevator floors, furniture updates.

Breakfast was the only thing decent ! No soap bar in the room to shower asked for wake up call twice both times they called me 30 minutes late ! No one answers phone st front desk ! They turn off the tv in lounge area hater breakfast ! The front desk was to order me can at 6 in the morning and when I got to front desk they said would b about 40 min for cab when they told me night before 5 minutes wait !

Hotel was decent, could use some updates. Staff was great. Pool was clean.

Impressed with this property. Room was very spacious, in excellent condition. Quiet. Bed very comfortable. All staff were pleasant to meet. The breakfast was much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Highly recommend.

Forgot to let front desk know the air in 232 for the living space and secand room (family suite) did not work. Other than that our stay was great.

I enjoyed everything about this location. The room was a little outdated but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.

Overall our stay was decent. The breakfast was really good - lots of options. The facility could use some maintenance in terms of paint and refresh. There was a lot of visible rust both within the suite itself and the common spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean overall.

Decent location for the price

The room was spacious and having a kitchen was great. I loved the view of the courtyard, and the kids had fun playing out there. The breakfast selection was exceptionally good.

Nice and clean

The sidewalks were missing parts of concrete. The window in our room leaked when it rained. The property needs updating.

The facility was clean, but the room was not clean by par. There was a diabetic test strip with blood on it sitting right in front of the vanity sink. There was areas of the carpet that was not vacuumed. There was tears in the curtains shears. There was no shears on the window for the living room to block the sunlight out, there was toys left in the bedroom at the base of the bed from a possible previous guest. The amenities were downsized in the room and not enough amenities for five people. There was five people on our reservation and only two areas for people to sleep so the fifth person had to sleep in a chair when we contacted the front desk , they said they did not have a rollaway bed or to accommodate the person, but they did give a bed in a bag and the other person had to sleep in a chair with a pillow and blanket. We have stayed at this facility before in the past and was very pleased with it that we chose this time, but this time around, we were very pleased with it. It was also food stuck to the dishes in the kitchen area , just not a enjoyable stay as we expected from our previous visit to this facility

The suite was just as advertised

I love the suites in these hotels. Plenty of room and feels like a small apartment. The facilities are always clean and well kept.

Close to everything and very spacious room

No one was around to check in. Walked around looking for someone. Then she sounded like a drill sargent, you cant do this, ar allowed to do this and that!! Breakfast was over but still people sitting around the breakfast area. Food still sitting out but we were told breakfast is over, you can grab a piece of fruit. Why couldnt we have eaten?? Do you throw all the leftover food away? There was alot left. And at the price we paid for a room. Will not stay again. Overpriced, the layout from room to pool and lobby is long and confusing with children.

After driving 14 hours to be with family, death in family, when we walked in the room there was a musty smell, toilet paper in toilet so we do not know if it was wven cleaned, air conditioner did not work, ceiling fan did not work, and the big picture window was broke from each corner to the other in an X shape in which they taped it up with packing tape. This room should have not been given to anyone. I could bot get through at the desk so i called corporate and advised them what was happening as we could not get in touch with the manager. Corporate did take my complaint. The lady advised me who the general manager was in which we never heard from them. We were then advised of the property manager, tracy. I then thought of the welcome text so i texted it back and chasity, the asst manager, apologized and apparently spoke with tracy, the property manager, as the next day they put us in another room. Still no word from property manager nor general manager. The asst manager, whom should be the property manager as she tried to help us but tracy, the property manager, had to tell her what she can do. All in all we were there for 4 nights and we were o ly discounted 1 night and then the morning we checked out, she slid the bill under our door. When being a manager, you have to be able to work and solve problems with a nice attitude but these ladies do not have any morals or standards to even speak to a guest face to face.

The breakfast was good.

It was a little run down for the price we paid.

Nice place to stay

I expected more from this hotel. I didn’t feel like my room was freshly cleaned there was an entire fresh odor in the room.

Property appears to be old, dark and dingy. In my opinion, the property is in desperate need of room renovations. Pillow case had spots. Front desk manager was excellent.

TV didn’t work with remote in living room. Sink drained very slow in the one bedroom. Otherwise it suited our needs.
