Staff was friendly and the place was clean

I guess I didn't realize that there were people living at the hotel - loud crowd well into the early morning and the traffic in the hallways late at night did not sound friendly. Loud voices sounded confrontational. Considered leaving at midnight to another hotel. Would not stay here ever again.

the location was good. The desk lady was nice, and she helped me when i had some questions about the concert. the outside is nice.

they didnt have any queen beds? The bed looked like a college dorm bed. with nothing to cover all the ugly metal frame. the inside was outdated, just didnt look like pictures.

The proximity to other activities in the area.

The bed broke and soon as we arrived.

HBO on the TV that has a clear signal most of the time. Big room. Firm bed.

Housekeeping substandard method and attitude. 1st room stank. HK Mgr. excused the dirty 2nd room (floor) I moved into with "The hotel is just grimy." The place is overall in disrepair (lights, bed, ratty kitchen drawer, door deadbolt useless as it's misaligned, and allows strong draft, sharp wires holding together bed frame bottom)

The location was convenient. Room was clean.

I wanted an extra towel and was not able to get one. I didn't think a towel was too much to ask for but I was wrong. I didn't like going to the parking lot at 3am because someone was smoking the place up. I didn't like that no one really told us that there was no more threat of fire and it was ok to go back to sleep. I didn't like that the fire alarm kept chirping for a half hour after it was reset. I did like that the firemen didn't enter the room where the smoke was coming from to verify the fire was no longer a threat. I didn't like that there was no manager to manage the situation. Not really sure why I would ever go back to this property.

The staff was very helpful

The pictures that they show you are nothing like the actual place. It smelled like smoke everywhere. The beds were like cots, had to ask for soap. I’ve stayed at a Wood Spring before and was very disappointed
