The room was clean and everything was fine until I pulled the bedding back, and both beds had hair all over the sheets, and you could clearly see that someone had been laying in the beds as the sheets were not smooth, they were all wrinkly. I called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms. However we were ready for bed at that point so instead we got two sets of new bedding and had to remake both beds….. not exactly what you wanna do right when you’re going to bed out of the shower. I think the cleaning staff needs to wear hair nuts as we found hair in the clean bedding as well.

The parking was not so great as 3 bigger truck/wood chippers were taking 7 spots. I noticed the elevator was out of service, and was for the 3 days we were there, which made the ground floor busier with large dogs. But things do break down and take time to repair.
We had a double queen room, would be nice to have 4 bath towels instead of 3.
We have stayed here many times, enjoy the price, location and staff. Always friendly

Stayed here before we flew out to Newfoundland. Booked 2 rooms side by side for the family. Was perfect! Didn’t stay to long but everything was great!

Got a text to check in to "save time at counter" claiming to just need to get my key. Got to the property and ended up having to ahow them everything and do everything i already did with the easy check in. The text had me enter mycar details and i had to redo it anyways so the text chexk in was a waste of time then they said they just needed to see if the room was ready.didnt say anything about it and asked me to step aside to check others in. Then they check me in and send us to the room even though it still wasnt ready and waited another 20 minutes for cleaning to be finished before we could go in the room. Glad i didnt pay for early check in. Not sure why this hotel is so highly rated.

First time in Edmonton for Business purposes the stay was great the rooms were clean and nicely organized. I really did not need anything during my stay but the staff were really friendly. I was very surprised that a Tim Hortons was right beside the Hotel so that was a plus. And there was also an outlet mall near by. Those were a plus.

Room was super clean and staff were very friendly. They were helpful with all queries, printing boarding passes, late check out and airport shuttle.
Breakfast was plenty sufficient.
Not much in surrounding area if you don't have a car.
Quite a varied mix of hotel customers.
