I flew in from Newfoundland and by the time I got here it was midnight. The front desk manager(Don) immediately started the check in process and greeted me with a welcome back. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. It’s very quiet here and rest assured I will be back

I had a 11:30 arrival time here at the hotel. The front desk manager was great. Very friendly and knew how to treat his guest. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Really like staying here. Great job by all

Airport shuttle was right on time, staff was courteous, bed was comfy and room was clean. The only downside was traffic noise from the highway.

Usually Stay here when in town for hockey close to the SISE and the Airport. Hopefully they get the hot tub fixed.

The room was clean. The front was welcoming in the evening.
Exercise room: Neither treadmill worked properly. It was frustrating.
The restaurant shut off the lights on the bar side at 8pm. I had just arrived and had ordered food and drink. This made me feel like i had to hurry (closing). I did ask this and they said they were not closing yet, still felt a bit uneasy.
Food and local brewed beer was good.

Have stayed here many times over the years and the property is slowly deteriorating. The hot tub was closed with no notice, very disappointing as its one reason i stay there. Judt cancelled 2 reservations, the hit tub will not be repaired until 2025 acvording to the front desk..
Very disappointing! Looking for another hotel around airport with similar amenities.

Clean, quiet room with all amenities we need. Staffs were very friendly and the free breakfast was good also. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are HUGE! It is very close to the airport and premium mall. I was genuinely impressed with the size of the room (King bed, sofa bed, den area, microwave, fridge, kitchen bar with no stove. Very much worth the money!

The staff were kind and friendly, very thankful for them. We had a king but the pull out bed was pretty dirty with crumbs and animal fur. We ended up stripping it but still had woken up with a weird eye infection unfortunately. Other than that the pool was clean, hot tub under construction though. And the breakfast was great, no water was available.

Had pet room 116, complained about piss/ammonia type smell strong in room.Had no pet rooms left so to bad!!One slidding mirror broke so had 1/2 closet & we were attending wedding and had suites,dresses etc. To hang up.
