Quick stop for a flight. Nice room good airport car parking.

Bathroom was very cold and no heat. The room was cold and took a very long time to heat up (hours). When we left the hotel, we and others waited for the front desk clerk to show up. When he didn't I knocked on the office door and he finally came out. For an hour he never came out of the office. People were mad. Guests should not be treated like that. We were suppose to have a breakfast that was made for the road and that was not ready as well. Hotel should advise their night staff not to stay in the office and check on their guests waiting for them. I still haven't received my hotel receipt even though he said he would sent it via email. Also their dinners have a lot to be desired. Fried are baked and soggy. Won't eat there again. Friendly and helpful staff other than the night clerk.

My fault that I assumed it was actually at the airport, not the reason I’m writing a bad review… when I figured it out they said the shuttle would be 10 minutes so I waited outside and it was just under 30 minutes, then the room shower drain was full of hair so I didn’t even bother showering. And I was placed next to the staircase even though the hotel was obviously not busy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were fairly friendly though but I wouldn’t go back

Staff were great. The hotel is modern and well-appointed. The only hiccup is the airport shuttle. I called the hotel in advance of needing a pickup and was told the shuttle would arrive in "5-10 minutes". Thirty minutes later I had to call the hotel again. The driver showed up a few minutes later but it was cold and dark waiting outside. The shuttle the next morning wasn't much better. The buses are very worn and in need of repair.

1. kept my room even though I was arriving at 2 p.m.
2. Hotel Shuttle was efficient.
3. Room was nice, with 2 big TV's and a very comfortable bed.
4. Only issue is they had a nice breakfast buffet but the Eggs, Bacon and sausage were cold.

Room was a great size, Queen suite was very spacious. Bedding comfortable. Room was not ready when we arrived and we asked for a phone call to let us know when it was ready. Lobby clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with checkin process and sorting out bag check tags for our luggage to store while waiting for room to be ready.
After 3 hrs waiting and just killing time at outlet mall down the road, with no call from hotel, we went back and room was ready.
Complimentary breakfast was very limited. Slow to restock. Coffee was out. Disappointing.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and proximity to the Edmonton airpot was perfect. The breakfast offered some good options and the dining room was very nice.
The only issue I had was initially I walked in without a reservation and was told the hotel was full and I was turned away. I went online to Expedia and booked a room with a king size bed. When I went back into the hotel with my reservation I was told the king rooms were sold out and was offered a room with 2 queen beds. No problem, my husband and I only needed a convenient place to sleep after I picked him out from a late arrival at the airport. However, I did make the recommendation to the front desk that in future instead of turning someone away because they are supposedly sold out have them check a third party booking service to see if there is a room available.

Asked for a wake up call two visits in a row and it didn't happen. When I came to the front desk at 4:00 to complain that this had cost me my flight no one was there. At 4:35 a guy came out of the back room looking like he just woke up,

We stayed one night after flying in on a red eye flight. You can check in very late. The room was lovely, comfortable and quiet. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which we used. Recommended. We would stay there again

Just arrived late at night for an overnight stay. Hotel was very welcoming. The front desk staff was very helpful. We requested a kettle for preparing baby food and received it promptly. The room was a good size..liked the washroom set up.
