Staff were very friendly. Hotel is located in the center, everything was walking distance. I commend the cook/waiter everytime we eat breakfast, he was so friendly, always with a smile in his face.

Well managed boutique hotel. Within 15 minutes walking distance to the sightseeing center. Clean and well furnished. Excellent breakfast. Front desk personnel are helpful.

Amazing Breakfast and customer service. We stayed at family suite on 4th floor with adjoining rooms. One room has awesome AC and the other one was like 6 out of 10 but still good enough: Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I get a Rome visit again !!!

Excellent service and wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Isa in August of 2024 for 4 nights. The hotel is about it a 15 min walk to most sites. It has a nice lobby as you enter and their breakfast buffet is AMAZING. Breakfast is served every morning on the roof top/top level which had a beautiful view but the selection of food was beyond impressive and you can ask for fresh made omelets or pancakes in addition to all the options that are available in the buffet. We are a family of 4 so we got their family suit which consist of 2 bedrooms. The rooms were connected however it had a separate door that we could lock at night and leave the doors to our rooms open for our kids to come just in case. I also liked the fact that the kids room had 2 single beds and therefore they didn’t have to share a bed. The staff were extremely helpful. They got us multiple dinner reservations and called us taxi anytime we needed it. My only negative comment is that our room didn’t pick up the WiFi and the whole time we couldn’t use the hotel’s WiFi however our kids room had excellent WiFi!!!

Excellent location, friend staff, nice breakfast, quiet and clean

This is a very nice hotel in a good location; Staff was very helpful, the breakfast offered was good, room was clean and spacious. The only negative was there was no swimming pool. However, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Attentive staff, great breakfast and good restaurants within walking distance Lobby very pretty with a modern yet Italian menu eclectic decor Although the hotel has an elevator, if you truly have problems going up the stairs, you do have to go up the stairs to reach the elevator and a flight of stairs to reach the breakfast area important for those with mobility impairment

Recommendation for a Rome Visit!

We only stayed for one night but the front desk was very accommodating. They got us a car for the next day to airport.

Perfect location. Almost everything was in walkable distance, and the main train station was less than a 10-minute taxi ride. Facility was clean and organized, and the staff was super kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, and a great location. We have stayed at Hotel Isa twice; each time it has been great. Definitely 5-Star!!

There are many great reasons to stay at this hotel. First of all it’s the location. 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 20 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, Plaza Navona, Pantheon etc. Second reason is the rooftop restaurant! The views are stunning! What a way to enjoy breakfast or evening. Third reason is the staff, wonderful and helpful. Downsides: no air conditioning, smoking allowed on balconies and in the courtyard so if you have your windows open you’ll be breathing in smoke, the WiFi was very weak and only fully reliable in the lobby.

Hotel Isa is a comfortable and well-located hotel in Rome's Prati district. It's breakfast spread in its roof-top solarium is unmatched both in the quality of food and the amazing views of St. Peter's basilica. We had a very comfortable stay and will return soon.

The hotel is walking distance to Vatican City and to other tourist destinations. The staffs are very accommodating.

Fabulous stay at Hotel Isa. Location is great to walk to shops and restaurants. I felt very safe in this area and the hotel. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable with all our needs. we came too early to check in but they called us as soon as the room was ready and brought in all our luggage. We stayed 4 days until we boarded for our cruise. They setup all the transportation for 6 people and 11 luggages. Our rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was included. The breakfast terrace was beautiful and delicious with made to order omelets and pancakes. I would definately recommend and come back when in Rome. Shout out to Daniella thank you for helping us with our stay and recommending wonderful places to eat and Filipino staff at the terrace!

It’s at a good location, in walking distance to most of tourist attractions. Good quality breakfast everyday with a nice view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a little bit old but cleanness is more important to me.
