Quiet place, nice staff, but no hot water in shower, trash can with no bag inside, some rusty corners in the bathroom

Avoid this hotel like the plague!! It’s the nastiest thing ever…dirty and smelly rooms, bedsheets had hairs, door frames covers with unknown substance, couch was broken and with shredded upholstery. I couldn’t sleep because the bed made me itch. This hotel needs to be shutdown because it’s a biohazard.

This hotel start showing his age and need to be remodeled. Let's start.
Since part in a lower level below ground, it has a smelly sewer. Stairs to go up into lobby has no climate control and just regular temperature and for Hermosillo then to be high and hot. Floors are dated and need to be changed. Room has small toilets very outdated. My room has a hole on ceiling and no extra pillow. In order to use an iron for your clothes you get a tiny iron board and for me very hard to use. Hair dryer didn't work and no staff available on midnight. This can be easily changed.

No hot water, unable to provide a clear answer to the problem. The condition of the rooms are less than desirable. This is obviously an old hotel that's in great need of care. Little amenities that you normally expect in a hotel that's three or four star this did not have. Little things such as a cup in the bathroom for assistance in the end of the day activities we're missing. The coffee maker has just one cup inadequate for two in the room. This could hardly be called a three or four star hotel

The room was comfortable and clean. There was no microwave and no refrigerator, which could have helped make the room more comfortable. The shower bathtub had a very slow drain so water was backing up while showering. The toilet had a very limited pressure when flushing. Other than that the room and stay was ok.
