Smelling room, smelling hotel, smelling air conditioning (impossible to use), very dirty everything. Breakfast was not really breakfast, just some snacks on the road, but coffee ok. Not recommended! Very bad

Aircondition was super noicy, minibar was poorly storkes and noisy as well. Ive booked a room with french bed but Got 2 individual beds made as a double. Even though you could choose in between both. Hotel personal did not see a problem in this, and the bed was a Big dissapointment as the middle crack keeps seperating the beds. The breakfeast is good, and thats about whats to sat about this hotel. Its in a good area.

Staffs are super unresponsive and unfriendly. They dont even refund your money even if the trip is cancelled for a legit cause. I will never suggest anyone to choose this hotel!

We ended up with a room in the annex building which was a bit of a hike from the main building, but fine overall as it was in a quieter area. The building and room were charming and generally ok, aside from the bathroom being absolutely filthy. We were only there for 1 night before getting on a cruise, so we skipped showering. Could use a good scrub and a bit of updating.

Very close to ferry, walking distance from there. Hop off and walk to the right. Restaurants close and on site. AC works good. Small but clean rooms. Open windows right to Lake. Perfect for the price

Staff were friendly and I appreciated the breakfast. The room was extremely small but the air conditioning was nice.

It’s limited to the lowest setting and the room was too hot to sleep. We almost got a different hotel after the first night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice location tucked away off a main road. Yet quiet in a evening because surrounded by retail outlets rather than restaurants. Our room was a bit small for the money but it had most things you needed and it was a bank holiday weekend. Plenty of hot water too. We didn't have the breakfast so cannot say about that. Would stay again.

Located in a quiet area but still quite near Piazza San Marco (2 minute away)

We were in the much-criticised annex. The bed and bathroom were clean but the décor very dated and in poor condition in places. The radiator, despite being off, gave out constant low heat, as did the towel rail, so the room was too hot and there were no instructions on how to use the air-conditioning, which shouldn't be necessary in mid-November anyway. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good and included in what for us was a cheap stay, and the internet is free. The location is the best thing about the hotel - just a minute or so from St. Mark's Square. Our friend was in the main part of the hotel, having paid more than us, and the rooms there are more modern and in better condition. Most people's view of this place will depend on which part of the hotel they're placed in and whether they got a good deal on the price. Overall it was more or less what we expected for what we paid.

This hotel screamed Venice!!! The old time Venetian furniture was absolutely charming. Location was great, close to St Marks not far from Rialto. I do recommend getting a “vaporetto” (boat ride) from the train station to the Giglio stop (cost was 7.50€), we walked but getting to the hotel with our luggage was pretty brutal tons of bridges and steps. Breakfast was included but it was ok, not great. The WiFi in this hotel was really good. I would definitely stay here again, I’d just get breakfast elsewhere.

Beautifully tucked away on the streets of Venice. Close to main area of San Marco but a very quiet spot.

The room was much nicer than the pictures, the staff were very friendly and the area was perfect!

Exerlent location. We were disappointed we were in the annex. Breakfast was ok but the seating area was very cramped. Staff were mostly helpful. Its definitely all about the location if it wasnt where it is we would have been disappointed.
