Great Motel for the price. Clean guestrooms. Friendly & Professional staff. Microwave & Refrigerator in rooms. High open beam ceilings on the second floor. Everything was as expected.

Extremely outdated. Charges transaction fee for the deposit and to refund the deposit. Have to give clerk PIN number because apparently card machine doesn’t reach the desk no option for apple/phone payments. Rooms unsanitary from the bathrooms to the remote controller. Sleep in your car and save the money if no other hotels are available. Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel

I arrived and it was raining. The desk lady was rood and looked like she didn’t want to help me with my reservation. I waited in the cold while being wet with rain water for about 15-20 minutes while she “verified” it was me. I felt like I was an annoyance to her for getting a room. They place a $100 deposit, which I understand… but at check-out I requested an inspection of the room because I live 7 hours away and don’t like surprises. The guy who helped me refused to check the room because it was “housekeeper job”. Just hope I get my deposit back and they don’t try to pull some funny $hit. I would have rather paid a little more for better service, but rooms were scarce, it was Christmas.

Charged $17 vs 10 dollars "resort fee" and $100 Security deposit.There was a cockroach on my bed as soon as I opened the bed spread. There was some interesting actors sleeping next door that look like they reside there.no toilet paper I would not stay here again.

The place was dusty. It seemed like it hadn’t been clean for a couple weeks. The location itself felt unsafe. The images provided seemed to be a better, safer, cleaner place but in reality wasn’t the case. Had to leave after the first night bright in early.

Was looking for a last minute stay before ridiculous rates on memorial day. Hotel manager has been working there for 27 years, the room looked somewhat appealing online. When arriving you could see that this place should’ve been a junkyard.

I was bitten by bed bugs . Very horrible

The bed was not good, they need to improve on that and their hospitality.

This place was disgusting you walk into gnats flying in your face the bathroom window was boarded up, the towels were totally used the refrigerator was unplugged but before I can't even open it to plug it in it had a weird smell coming from it so I just didn't there were no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the room. The AC had might as well not even existed there were people smoking dope out in the open this place just needs to be shut down

They were trying to upcharge me for every little thing. This place is ultimately NOT RECOMMENDABLE. DO NOT GO INTO THIS HOTEL The person was completely rude a s i think she was racist. Ultimately do not try to come here, you have been warned!

A bit rundown, when I asked about the wifi was told it has been out for 2 months. The no visitors policy is ridiculous, my friend came to see me the clerk chased her down and was telling me from the ground floor no visitors, I won't be staying here again.

The room had no microwave. No refrigerator. The towels were hand towels. And to be honest, it was kind of spooky.

First time in the area with a new unit. Had no idea where to stay so I checked online and this place had the best of the worst reviews, so I gave it a try. Definitely not worth the money. And a $10.00 cleaning fee on top. Thank God I’m use to cool showers. Would only stay there again if I had no choice.

Room was dirty, bathtub was not clean and 3 spiders were inside it. sheets and blankets were not clen and yellow spots were on them.I paid $413 for one night ($326 hotel include taxes, $10 cleaning fee!!!!!! and the rest expedia fees!!!) and usually i pay less than $40 per night for this kind of places. My worth experience ever....

Older property. Looks like they are trying to slowly keep it up. Pillows had a smell on them like people smell. Bedding was clean otherwise. Toilet would continue to fill when flushed until you took lid off and fixed the flapper & float stuck together.

Too price for what we got. There was spider webs on the tub and on the Ceiling. The sheets on the bed had makeup stains. Not too mention poor customer service. Very disappointed

this is the worst property ever, located in a really unsafe neighborhood. overall was unsafe and not good for family.

Staff not very friendly, after I paid in full for the room tax included, they said an extra $110.00 charge to my credit card. $100 for deposit (refundable) and $10 for cleaning But They charged $120 to my card and only refunded $93 They pocked it $17 from my card and I will never stay at this hotel ever.

For the price they had people staying there, it wasn’t up to that standard even close. Everything was out dated and it wasn’t in the best area.

The room was not clean and Expedia should take it out of their Web site and not offer it. Very Un satisfied location not bad but to much construction going on.

No wifi on the night I stayed. I needed to email a presentation so this was problematic.

Needed to stay close to zoo and it needed to be affordable... Got both! staff was very friendly and helpful - room was clean
