Had to ask for cleaning. Really? Then they didnt show up until next day. Had to ask desk for more towels. Desk attendants were courteous and nice.

We drove 3 hrs and were told not one room was available for early check in and we could change in bathroom.
I advised hotel at booking we needed early check in, called a week before to reiterate and they said call on your way here.

Overall it was fine but the room we got was very dated and everything appeared old. I would say it was last remodeled in the '80's. The overhead light was out and the chair ottoman had a huge stain on it but other than that it was ok.

The minture I walked up to the front desk for check-in, i was awesomely greeted by a young man named Jonathan who even though it was almost 11pm, was in a very good spirit and welcoming and same with the young gentleman when i checked-out the next morning. My room was very clean. I was happy to see that we had a few great options near (2 to 3 min) by. Diner was 2mins (great services and breakfast). I will stay here again.

I stayed here with the intention of going to waterpark close by and it was raining the hotel was almost completely checked out on a sunday and I asked for a late check out so my daughter could enjoy the indoor pool to my surprise they wantedto charge me an extra 75 dollars for 1 pm check out I agreed then pool was taken over from an outside vendor which was not disclosed at the time of asking for my upcharge the audacity!! Normally I would of paid for the extra time, but could charge me for $75 when most places grant free check out later in the day if they're not busy, this is not what I expect from Hilton very disappointed not DEMURE.

Our room was not cleaned for the one day that we stayed. What were we paying for?
The pool was not usable because the hotel booked a child swimming class to use the pool for half the day. The school stated that we could ‘share’ the pool but it was filled with a class of toddlers and their teachers and parents. Is the pool for the guests or for the hotel’s side-hustles?

We did not realize we would be charged a $75 fee for pet. A rude surprise and discovered too late to go elsewhere. This charge should be prominently displayed where it says they are pet friendly.

We checked in the room and my granddaughter flushed the toilet and received a poop shower. Toilet was clogged. She's 5. No TV channels. Pool and Jacuzzi water, filthy. Very disappointed. Conrad Hilton needs spend some of his billions on his hotels. $200.00 and my 5 year old gets a poop shower.

We paid more than $200 per night per room to stay here (2 rooms, 3 nights).
This is an outrageous and ridiculous price for this hotel.
You are charged $3 per bottle for water in your room; they only clean every other day; the floor in the room is stained; there is no ventilation in the bathroom; no continental breakfast (breakfast is $20, with much better local options nearby); you cannot open the room door if someone has the bathroom door open, because it is poorly designed and the bathroom door opens outward, blocking the entryway. No one should pay more than $80 per night to stay here. Even the employees seemed dissatisfied. Hopefully Hilton Co. takes better care of them (the employees) than it does guests, but I seriously doubt it.

Upon arrival staff did not ask us if we wanted the room cleaned every day or every other day. Apparently there is a sign in every bathroom indicating that room will be cleaned every other day unless requested. Our room did not have this sign and were disappointed not to have the room attended to. When it was, it was not cleaned and disinfected. The bed was made. I question if the sheets were changed out along with the towels. In addition to this, every evening upon our return, our key room did not work and we had to go to the lobby and get a new one. When addressed to the manager, she stated she would comp us with a discount of 1/2 half of the room rate. However upon discharge, this was only for one night when the room key did not work each night of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay at any Hilton hotel again.

The luggage carts are too small! When you’re traveling across country you have too many bags for such a small cart! Counter space too small, with such big bathrooms they could have used it more efficiently

Room was pleasant as was staff. Limitied amount of towels in room, no bottle water in room. Coffee service in morni g was nice, but we often find some type of breakfast food complimentary.

Arrived at front desk around 5 pm, but the person sitting there was apparently not authorized to check anyone in. Opened the door to the back room and asked for someone, then went back to staring at the terminal.
A few minutes went by. More people arrived who wanted to check in.

A sign on the desk touted how Hilton now accepts pets. That’s great, but when I got to my room, there was a dog barking continuously a few rooms down, which was clearly audible in my room w the door closed.
Picked up my bags (which were heavy) and trekked back to the front desk, where I was given a room on a different floor.
Thanks, Hilton! If you are allowing dogs, why don’t you segregate them on one side of one floor? Or, maybe since I was only staying one night this time, I wasn’t considered important enough and you wanted to stick me w the worst location?
…And for this, they nickel-and-dime you on breakfast, internet w reasonable speed, etc. It is obnoxious. They seem to think that displaying your name on the TV in your room is going to make up for it.
The only reasons I come back are the location, and the fact that the rooms are nice, and (usually) quiet. If I find a comparable place, Hilton will not see me again.

Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk by Jon who was absolutely incredible for our entire stay. I travel extensively and deal with many front desks; this young man stands out above the crowd. We will stay again when visiting family which we will be doing about 4 times a year. Hotel staff was great along with the hotel itself. Very clean, comfortable hotel with a nice pool area.

Booked this stay specifically for the hot tub and the hot tub was broken. Things in the room were broken. Noisey, no conditioner or lotions in the bottles. Shower curtains dangling off the wall. Very disappointing for a hilton.
