Refrigerator microwave tv,shower .

They were short on utilities like no coffee machine or eating utilities because the hotel was full.Also no clean products and cards had to be reactived everyday.

There's a stove top to cook on the room was very cozy the bed was comfortable walking distance to stores restaurants and banks.There's a laundry room in the building.

There is no oven the heat doesn't stay on too long and it is very noisy when it comes on.The heat blows to curtain up so I had to tuck the curtain on thw window ceil.I'll have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes at the front desk before someone show up.

Advertised stocked kitchen. There were no dishes of any kind. We asked for some to eat leftovers and were given dirty ones with detergent. They did not have any cups. Gave us a bowl instead. Said they were waiting on a shipment. Breakfast was from 6-9. Limited due to Covid. Fine. At 7:30 the first morning we were there everything was gone and Manda the desk clerk said if we really wanted breakfast we would need to come at 6 since contractors stay there and eat everything. She said she had a ration per day. She was rude when I said that if that was the case then all the food should not be put out at 6. I told her I was writing a letter to the company and she told me to make sure her name was spelled correctly. She said she did not have a eagle eye to watch people. One of the three day stays we were there we came back to find men working in our room installing shelves in the closet. We were not notified. This could not take place after we left? The door was open and fortunately my cats did not get out. I did have the sign on the door they gave me to indicate my pets were there. I did not feel comfortable there with the attitude of the staff and not knowing who would be in my room.

We always enjoy our stay, room is clean and plenty of space, bathroom is always clean, The kitchen, refrigerator are cleaned and well maintained. Overall it's a great place to stay, staff is always friendly and ready to help you with your needs. This is our third stay and it wont be our last.

Their was nothing to complain about it was great

Comfortable bed.

Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Garbage pail was not emptied in the room.

Horrible. Got bed bugs. Still have rash. This was an absolute horrible stay.

Granola bars were ONLY breakfast food. Hallway on the second floor spelled like old cigarettes!
