We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in our 5th floor balcony room with a city view! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The Metropolitan rooftop bar just down the street was fabulous too!! Only two issues - although doable, parking is tight and should be free. A high top table on the balcony would be nice. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back!

Very good place to stay

The staff was nice and friendly. The only downside was the tv service. the first day there the cable/straming would go in and out during shows. The last night we lost service for a little bit.

Nice, convenient location. Paying $30 a day for parking is a detractor.

It was nice walking from Hilton to Downtown area. Enjoy the walk and the beautiful street view there.

Parking lot is tight! Breakfast was inconsistently cooked and looked/presented differently each day when we ordered same thing. Room is clean and has nice hygiene products. I could hear loud noises upstairs and the bathroom vent is always on.

Why is the 24 hour gym on the 2nd floor? I thought it was odd when I checked in late last night, as a fitness room (especially one open all the time to guests) is usually downstairs far from guest rooms. Awoke in the middle of the night to loud noises and shaking in the bed, and wondering why someone would be working in their room at 3am. After stumbling out half asleep I realized that it was in fact the gym AND THERES NO SOUND INSULATION. The night manager acknowledged this was a bad room and suggested complaining to management. Why rent this out at all?

Everything was great except the pillows, they are very thin pillows. The room was very small and if you have two people you have to crawl on the bed to get to the other side. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and hot coffee available in the morning.

Good location to near downtown Annapolis that is in walking distance. Room was spacious. Parking was fine as we had a mid size car. We parked and walked mostly or took an Uber when it was raining.

Beautiful hotel! Great restaurants right across the street or take a nice walk down to the water for a lovely dining experience.

Greeted with warm welcome,and stored bags as we arrived early. Smooth check in. Room was massive with two king size beds and had all the facilities you could wish, including microwave. Although the bar seemed to be closed early when we came in about 10pm we could purchase beers from the hotel shop.

We stayed here for one night and we were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and there was even a small fridge, which we were not expecting. The ice machines not only had ice, but also cold filtered water, which was great! The parking lot is very tight and we were lucky to come upon a space when we checked in around 8 pm. The good thing is, you can walk to downtown, restaurants, the boat docks, etc from this location, so you can park your car and leave it during your stay. The front desk staff we met were all helpful and friendly. The gym was well equipped. In the morning we were able to walk through the nearby residential district to a small waterfront park, which was enjoyable. There were several restaurants within walking distance, although we had eaten downtown before checking in, so we didn't try any of them. The only thing we wished would have been included was breakfast (and maybe a hot tub!). Other than that, it was fantastic, and we will definitely return if we come to Annapolis again.

Quiet area but close to downtown shops, restaurants and sights. Large room and convenient layout. Blackout curtains helpful when we had late night arrivals. Staff very pleasant; small store in lobby very well stocked. Only downside - tub had slippery surface and only grab bar was in back. For seniors like us it was a little scary and traction on surface should be added.

Its one of the oldest properties in the line of hotels in west street that is super clean. Convenient and the staff was absolutely amazing highly recommend

The staff was nice, but there were several issues with our room. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The towels could have been better. The fitted sheet on the king size bed was too small to fit yhe bed. We paid to park on property and there were no parking spaces. We ended up parking in a parking garage down the street. When i inquired at the desk about where to park i was told "i know its a pain". Cheaper to park and larger spaces in parking garsge with 3 minutes walk.

Parking charges of $29.00 per night is a rip off. Moreover, parking are is terribly narrow and complicated.

Wonderful location and nicely appointed rooms. My only complaint is the parking garage — ridiculously tight, but everything else was great.

staff service is poor. i have to change my rooms 2 times during my stay even i have called in with confirmation I can keep the same rooms for my stay. will not reserve this hotel next time.

Regular parking lot was difficult for a larger vehicle. But they have extra parking available across the street
