Absolutely amazing hotel. We’ve stayed in many hotels but this is definitely our favourite. Given a glass of champagne while we were checking in, my daughter had a soft drink and a cookie. When we got to our room we have a bottle of champagne with 2 glasses waiting on the table. The room was spotless and well cleaned. We had a sea view room which was amazing. The first thing we did was open the window to listen to the sea. Staff was very friendly and professional. We went all inclusive, the food and options were fantastic, all alcoholic and soft drinks free and snacks available in between meals. Food was being cooked fresh. Breakfast was 8am...Lunch 1pm...Evening meal 7.30pm. The hotel is situated in Old Town, which is the quieter side, but only 10 minute walk to the Point, 10 minute walk to the town centre, 15 minutes walk to New Town. The sea is just across the road. It has life guards walking and watching people in the sea. The beach was clean, with the option to hire a lounger for around €5 for the day. There are mini super markets close by if you need to pick anything up. A large pharmacy just around the corner. Plenty restaurants.The hotel has entertainment each night. The roof top terrace has a fantastic view and has its own bar and sun loungers. There is a small pool but It is situated at the back of the hotel and doesn’t get much sun. The only slight negative was the beds were a little on the hard side, but still ok. We’re looking forward to booking this hotel again.

Really nice hotel, really good quality food, staff excellent and friendly and tried to ensure guests were looked after. All this added to the relaxed atmosphere. Really well placed opposite the fab Beach that Benidorm has to offer well worth the Sea View room amazing view because of the hotels location on the sea front.

Good location. Only gripe was food was luke warm. Branded drinks on all inclusive was a bonus. We wished we'd booked a sea view room.

Lovely hotel. Ordered a room with a view. Worth the extra money. Fantastic breakfast almost at the boardwalk. I’m coming back as soon as I can.

Everthing perfect. Second time Ive stayed here. Was greeted by Veronica at the reception who is very friendly and professional. The welcome drink of cava was a lovely touch. Room was spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. I love this hotel. Perfect in every way.

Nice location, Friendly Service.

Location of hotel excellent and staff could not be more friendly. Some lovely touches. Food and drink provided in all inclusive option brilliant. Only down side was the pool area was small and very busy but cocktails on floor 9 at sundown made up for it. Would definitely return.

Value for money, fully inclusive - meant fully inclusive - no conditions at all. Very clean, service excellent, food top class, rooms and facilities 5 star. Location perfect. Would definitely recommend it, I will be returning.

Our fifth visit to the hotel proved to be yet another great holiday. Superb staff and an easy check in and check out. Good selection of food with hard working waiting staff. Was treated to a bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday. See you next year!

Amazing cant wait to return

Hotel was nice,Angel on reception was fabulous and very helpful. Food nice although resturant very busy. Having no balconies was a big disadvantage as no where to sit and dry towels etc.

Friendly, clean, excellent value for money. Good food, comfy beds. Only downside was strong smell of bleach/chlorine throughout hotel. Five mins in a cab €8 to new town. Would definitely stay here again. Welcome drink, good long times to meals.

Travelling with fam of 4 (two teens). Excellent hotel on the beach. Very modern. Fantastic roof terrace. Quiet at the pool, always able to get a longer, although off season and 11ish before sun hit the patio area. Away from hustle and bustle of benidorm but close enough to walk everywhere. Would definitely return. Late flight and we were able to use AI and facilties all day and shower. Food ok, glad only there one week as a bit similar every day. Waitresses staff in restaurant work hard, however need to be more friendly. Didnt use entertainment as kids wanted livelier nightlife and hotel guests were of an older age group. Well done Villa del Mar.

Very modern hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a room with a sea view and it was a spectacular view. Facilities we're excellent including roof terrace with bar, a pool area and night club. Restaurant was very clean and food good. Staff excellent. Would highly recommend.

We stayed three nights in the hotel last week with our two children and had a wonderful time. The one downside was that prior to arriving we had thought that we would have access to the Spa pool which is shown on the expedia website. However, we had to pay to use this and our children were not allowed to use it at all. That aside, the hotel is lovely, the staff are excellent and the food is fantastic, particularly for an all-inclusive hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here in January 2015 with my husband. The hotel is very good. Food excellent and the friendly staff are very helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to all our family and friends. Special mention of Angel and Juan on reception. They were excellent! We had a great room and the hotel is on the sea front on the Ponente beach which we liked very much. The front is Very flat so great for long walks. The only downside was when the weather was dull outside there were no comfortable lounge area to sit and read etc.

Villa Del Mar was a great base from which to enjoy a week of winter sun.
