What a lovely nice hotel. The Staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is really good especially they served rice with a very cute and appealing presentation. The bathroom is reasonable but good be better if instead of shower curtain is longer to prevent splatters. Overall I recommend this Hotel.

Comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, in a convenient location, 7-minute walk to train/bus station Interlaken West. Very good breakfast and cozy common area with tea/coffe from 2 to 6 PM. It felt really good to return to Hotel Beausite after exploring the region during the day. Very silent. Beautiful mountain views. A better blackout of the window would be an imrpovement. Would certainly return and highly recommend.

A short walk from the train station. Very convenient to travel to other villages and town plus the boat trips.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but no frills and very small. Excellent location near some very good restaurants and shopping, plus quite a good view of major mountain peak.

Exceptionally pleasant and well-run hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and take a genuine interest in ensuring you have an excellent stay. We will stay here again if we are back in Interlaken.

Ideal base to explore the mountains. Harder Kulm is nearby and well worth it.

This is a very charming hotel with a beautiful tree out front. The staff was very kind and friendly. We traveled here in the end of July and the temperature was in the high 80s. The hotel does not have air conditioning. The windows open but they do not have screens on them so bugs rush in. The hotel is very expensive. For the price there should be air conditioning or at least screens on the windows and ceiling fans. The front desk will give you a small portable fan which is not enough for a triple room. If you are visiting Interlaken in winter fall or spring this hotel is just fine. I would not recommend it in the summer months. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep at night

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building is old and no AC, it was very hot in the room, we were offered fan, it didn’t help much, had to sleep with windows open. The views are incredible and close to restaurants.it is an old hotel, bathroom are not very clean, had foul smell and the water pressure in the shower was on and off.

What an absolute picturesque hotel! My husband and I stayed for only a short trip but I wish we stayed longer. It was super convenient location to the train but also dining and shopping in town. The breakfast options were great; a wide variety of meats, fruits and vegetarian options. We will be coming back because of the friendly service, beautiful location and clean room. Pro tip: be sure to book a room with the view of the mountain! Best money spent waking up to that everyday! :-) We talk about coming back and dreaming of our next vacation!

The place and the staff are spectacular just be aware that if you book the economy room as an add on to the standard double room, the 4th bed is a fold out chair.

The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. We enjoyed the coffee maker too. The room that we stayed in was comfortable and clean. It had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We really liked the close location to the Interlaken West train station. We would stay here again!

Alexandria who checked us in also gave us confidence to check out buses opposite the hotel, where we could get to Iseltward jetty, the famous Korean drama film site Crash Landing on You, in just half hour. Then the same bus stop every hour brings us back to hotel for hot chocolate foc. There are delicious family run steak house, Thai restaurant, Indian restaurant, Korean and Chinese restaurant too. Breathless glacier mountain view outside our bedroom windows. Lake view from five minutes walk around the safe neighborhood. The superior twin bed rooms are so comfortable, big and cheerfully bright. Bathroom is newly renovated too. Hotel Free breakfast is very delicious. So easy to get to Interlaken West station to get to Grindelwald, Lauterbrennen, Brienz Cruises and more with SBB mobile app and half travel card. Inexpensive
