For $285 it was very underwhelming. The room was small, the bed was small and somehow I got a handicapped accessible room and shower. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Room was charged $200 per night and for my surprise found it to be 10 ft * 10 ft room. There are no cupboards, drawers and storage space. No microwave or fridge or hair dryer. Surprisingly telephone and Wi-Fi not working. So checked out after one day.

Room was so small and smelled weird. The air conditioner did not work well and seemed to be circulating old air as I was sneezing all evening and could not sleep. No hair dryer.

Very expensive for a tiny dirty room. The floor appeared clean. However, my toddlers feet were black within minutes. Tried to wipe the floor, both towels were totally black. The bathroom smelled like burping sewer.

The staff were fantastic and very professional, but the accommodations were terrible. We were given 2 flat pillows, very thin blankets and the entire experience was terrible for a $300 per night room.

Debbie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get a cab for an early morning flight. They had great front desk service. Clean room and property.

Property located in area close to shops/restaurant's. For the nightly rate- it works. Room was clean. Room amenities not the best. Towels are bad. Swimming pool not heated. No spa.

I wasn’t expecting much for a discounted affordable stay . Receptionist was friendly and attentive. Room was basic but clean and efficient .

Room reeked of cigarettes. Requested a handicap spot and was put in an upstairs unit. No elevator. The bed was like laying on the ground with a paper thin quilt and sheet in the cold. The door warns you to double lock dead bolt and latch and I can see why. All night long people yelling and slamming doors. Room feels seedy and like a place to stay long term. Have great experience with most Motel 6 but this was far from one of them. I heard the one in Goleta is far safer, friendly, and cleaner.

Lights didn’t work above the sink. The front desk was not available for me to check in on Friday 1/19/23 @4:30pm. She was rude and made me fell like I was an inconvenience to her. We will try again next time.

They did not clean our room, did not change towels for four nights we stayed there. I asked to bring new towels because the used ones were wet but they just ignored my request.
