Smelled bad.

The hotel allowed workers to enter my room and I haven't checked out. the two male workers were going through my baggage an I caught them red handed. They broke multiple electronics and my tv. Also a nice amount of costly items were and are still missing. The front desk worker was supposed make a note of it but instead I was told that they were allowed to do that and that I would not be compensated for any of my losses. I also got kicked out and $1000s of dollars worth of stuff just taken from me. I'm getting an attorney and I'm suing this place. I do not recommend.

My room not available through Expedia..... I had to book a room. Do not charge me through Expedia. I will not use Expedia again. Another person had access to our room. The person a key card and got in while we were sleeping. The bed sheets had stains on them. We slept with our clothes on. Very upset and will take my business some where else.

A man came up saying he's been up stairs smoking crack and meth for 2 weeks wanting me to rent him a room I told him to leave I was cooking on the grill he came back 5 minutes later saying to call the law or he was going to kill herself then the cops came out and was very disrespectful and told me to shut up or they was going to be a problem and the front desk came out getting on to me for cooking on the grill and there was a lot of kids around whitch started picking on my kids the whole time I was there would never stay there again

I had reserved 3 rooms. One room flooded in the bathroom had to be moved to one bed, one room had roaches and water on the floor by the refrigerator, one room the door would not lock-didn’t notice till we returned that evening. Sheets stained People smoking in the non smoking Garbage overflowing and smelled. Overall dirty, staff not friendly. Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Will not be back

I had asked for an accessible bathroom, told on the phone I could get one but when I checked in I was bluntly told we don’t have any available. It was very difficult for me without that. I tried the shower once, but was too afraid to use it again. Told him on the phone I used a cane and Walker due to my hips.

This hotel exists in third world

The rates were great. The beds were out dated the hallways were not clean it had a weird smell like a dorm room. It was loud and noisy till about 2am. Glad it was just a 1 night stay

I booked the property through Expedia the same day (Saturday). I gave my card information. I was given a confirmation number. Later that night, I called the property and was told that there were no vacancies and that they could not honor my reservation through Expedia. I ended up staying in a "less than desirable" Red Roof Motel...and by "less than desirable", I mean filthy.

The office lobby was dirty and smelled smokey and they couldn't even find our reservations.

They had roaches I slept in my car Friday checked out Saturday wasn’t supposed check out until Sunday I’m trying to get reimbursed for that Friday because it was disgusting but roaches running around at 2 AM when I got back from partying on my birthday Friday I’m terribly disappointed will never stay again ever

Upon arrival I was informed by a very rude broken english speaking clerk that they would not honor my Expedidia reservation. NO MORE CHEAP EXPEDIA ROOMS I was told. Property is dirty with trash outside all around property a stinky musty smell in lobby. Stay away from this place!!

Convenient

Nothing but issues when I got there. After I checked in and went to my event came back to my room only to find someone else in my room. I then went to front desk and they told me they checked me out. I asked if I could have another room which they informed me they were fully booked. So I had to make the drive 3 hours home. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Manager was standing at the door smoking and on her phone when we arrived and had to wait for her to finish. She told me they were full and that they sent out emails but I did not receive one. I finally got a room that was "just cleaned". Was not very clean. There were knats buzzing around while we tried to eat and we seen two roaches. The halls and entry stairs were filthy. On the plus side the bed was comfortable.

People were loud in the hallway. One night a couple was arguing in the halls. Another night police were called to the scene. I went to check out and no one was available and a sliding metal shutter was pulled down over the opening to the office. This was at 8am during office ours. The metal latch for added door lock was hanging halfway off and the door would shut unless you slammed it.

Easy check-in, comfortable room; overall a good stay

The facility smells cigarette, even though we stayed at the non-smoking section. It seems that the non-smoking rule is never enforced. There are so many dogs in the rooms that bark so loud. I will never stay in Motel 6 and its related facility anymore.

Was disappointed there were roaches in bathroom and kitchenette areas. Toilet did not work well took over 24 hours for them to fix it. People at front were nice.

I got the last room, hotel is nasty, dogs barking, bed sheets are stained, carpets are stained. I’ll never stay here again

The phrase "you get what you pay for" is spot on. The pictures on the website looked appealing. But when I checked in and walked down the hallway to my room, I was not impressed. In my room, there were stains on the walls as well as a good sized hole that exposed a pvc pipe that must have been getting repairs at some point. I was conveniently close to the mall and restaurants. I did not experience any issues with noise neighbors around me. The staff was always helpful and courteous. The wifi password did not work. The initial clerk that helped me somehow got the password installed on my laptop, but I ended up using my cell phone as a hot spot for the remainder of my trip.

Room was dirty, cigarettes in window, someone’s coffee monster drink, no towels, floor were gross.

In lieu of giving a honest thorough review I'm going to keep it short and say unless you are dog tired after being on the road 16 hours, don't mind dogs barking and kids screaming in the halls all night and a refrigerator that defrosted all over the floor, don't stay here....

The hotel it’s really bad

Bed was comfortable, bathroom sink, tub and toilet clean. Kitchenette walls and bathroom door and walls were disgusting. I have stayed here 2 times but never again.

Clean room friendly staff

Filthy rooms, painted chipped all of the walls. Freezer was full of frost and melting out on the floor. Booked through Expedia, got to the hotel and was told there was no reservation made even though Expedia charged my credit card. Front desk called Expedia and I spoke with them and was told there was nothing they could do. After 1 1/2 hours back and forth with Expedia front desk clerk got it worked out. Big thank you to the front desk clerk.

Site was dirty, room had bugs (fleas I think), I was charged for 3 nights though I only stayed one. Multiple dogs barking, preventing sleep. Manager not available and he hasn't answered his phone or returned messages left for him. AVOID THIS PLACE!

When we returned to our room in the hall you could smell dope really bad and then we was on the second floor and there a trashy looking man laying out by the stairs sleep having some kind of nightmare in his sleep,which that was scratching.then when we went to check out and nobody was there in the office it was closed.then they charge us taxes on the room the prices was 56.00anight and I payed 80.00

We travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of places. We try to travel on a budget and in doing so we have very realistic expectations of getting what we pay for. When we checked in the clerk was very nice. She gave us our room key. We proceeded to the room, opened the door and there was someone already occupying the room. The occupant and us were both very surprised as the door opened. We went back to clerk where her question was "was there someone in there or just their stuff". We weren't sure at that point why it mattered? The room was occupied. We were given another room and this room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We understand they are trying to lower crime and such in the area so 2 police officers walked the parking lot all night. We felt safe and we were comfortable but there could definitely be some changes made to how the business end of this hotel is working. We also had booked ahead for a smoking room as my husband is a smoker and was told at check in they rented all those out. Not a huge deal he doesn't mind going outside but i booked and paid for a smoking room and that's what i wanted. Like i stated though we are realistic travelers and we paid $50 a night for this hotel so we are aware we got what we paid for. Just a word to the wise. If you get a room slowly open the door as it may be occupied.
