Size and comfort of room

There were no pamphlets on local dining even when asked for. No room cleaning unless requested. Desk was seldom manned after prime hours. Ice machines were down.

It was in a good location near the purpose of our stay and the staff was friendly.

The property was a little dated, the room was not the cleanest, the bed was uncomfortable along with the majority of the furniture in the hotel. The sink in the bathroom was broken and the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. All the ice machines were broken except the first floor.

The pillows are extremely soft down and get flat

The hotel was filthy. After being at hospital for 14 hrs. I just wanted to rest. Arriving the staff member could not read screen. Took 10 minutes to just take payment. After entering elevator the nightmare started. The elevators were dirty, remnants of past postings still adhered to doors and walls. Entering hallway were scuffmarks that were as high as 4 ft. They marked entire hallway..doors were filthy..in room the linens were so dirty Islept in my clothes and placed a t-shirt on pillow..if not for exhaustion i Would have left..next morning I headed to holiday inn where i am currently staying..as a Hilton honors Member I loved the hampton inns but I will no longer Trust the name itself

had asked for a handicapped accessible room. Even double checked about accessibility when checking in. Room was handicapped accessible but bathroom was not wheelchair friendly. had to use the lobby bathroom every time

We noticed some of the furniture was worn and older but tolerated it.
