The state was horrible.when I open the door it smelled of marijuana. The TV remote did not and pillows were flat. Roaches crawling on the floor and walls, especially in the bathroom. And finally, pet owners were not being responsible with their pets.

They gotta do a lill bit better in the cleaning, but I understand is the price you are paying for.

Property smells bad and it is poorly maintained

When I came into the room, the room was dirty. The bed wasn’t even made up garbage in the room garbage on the floor smelled like a cigarette pack.

Just Roaches

This hotel was horrible. The pictures online are fake , they do not look like that .. the ac was broke . Asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds . The room was infested with roaches .. a lot of activity going on . The staff was very rude and was laughing and saying oh I’m not about to do this up in here .. while on the phone with the manager. So the manager allows this type of behavior. This hotel needs to be closed .. I’m filling a law suite against them . That’s where I stand on this review.

The first room that they put me in was dirty, smelled like mary jane, had bugs, and was not cleaned. Still had trash in room. The second room was mostly clean, but the towels were damp as if not changed. The prostitutes were outside arguing loudly at 2am.

Best asset is the closeness of places to enjoy yourself

This place looks very unsafe, was noisy. Dirty rooms. Room smelled like smoke. No towel in room. Sheets smelled so probably hadn’t been washed. I have to say stay away.

First there were people walking around all over the place outside telling, arguing I guess they stay there so long they think it’s home.

Very unsafe place

Too many pets owners don't clean up after their dogs. Shower is too small, rusty/dirty and curtain not changed often. The towels are old and thin. Staff is very nice and helpful!

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The room did smell slightly smoked in but nothing awful considering price and location.

I always love a hotel where I can walk to a Waffle House.

We did like that the staff was mostly nice and accommodating. There was security outside the office and walking around during the night hours which was nice it made us feel safer. The bathroom had black mold and was disgusting. Our bed only had 2 paper thin pillows and the sheets on the bed had holes and yellow stains. We had to ask for more pillows and blankets. No bugs tho, despite the previous reviews. So at least there’s that. Not a convenient location if you’re interested in going to the beach everyday. But honestly for this being one of the cheapest hotels in Charleston it was not bad at all for the price. If you’re looking for a cheap motel that’s what you get here. If you’re staying more than a couple days I wouldn’t waste your money on this motel I’d get something nicer for a better deal.

Upon check in we were met with a rude desk attendant. Our rooms were not ready. One room didnt have a shower curtain, the other had no fridge or microwave and the bath mat towel had black foot prints. The property is inundated with drug deals and prostitution. The pool was chained off and a light shade of green.

We stayed for one night, the lady at the front desk is really nice but the area a little sketchy,drugged and wierd people around. Not clean at all, at least cheap.

Friendly staff

We have to keep in mind the price I paid for the room so I wasnt expecting anything mind blowing, that being said it looks like this hotel does extended stays, most people there looked like they’d lived in the hotel for months, all trash cans were full and trash was all over the ground and walk ways. The room had a bed, AC and hot water. The towels left in our room had permanent stains and were small, almost like all towels left in our room were meant to go on the floor outside of the shower. I didn’t feel unsafe, didn’t hear any loud noises or arguments. The staff was perfectly fine. The room keys we were given didn’t work at first but after a trip to the office to be rekeyed they worked. If I needed an inexpensive room on a budget I’d stay again.

The staff was above and beyond. Latisha and Shenna made the stay more comfortable. If the owners updated the bathrooms it could get 5 stars. Overall it looked dodgy as hell, but I would chance it again. It's a great place for a trucker on overnight. The grounds were clean, the property does feel inviting.
