Hotel was nice but could do with a jacuzzi or sauna. Gym was nice! Area not the greatest. Smack innthe middle of DT near the Eaton centre prety rough around.

Quality has dropped, this was my 4 th stay at this hotel and it has gone downhill. Front desk reception is good, the lady explained everything and was friendly. Room service is by request only. The rooms are clean, the coffee machine overflows as the drip tray was never emptied from previous guests. The beds need refreshing, lumpy and the mattress doesn’t fit the bed frame.

The location of this hotel is perfect, for access to subway, shopping (Eatons Centre) theatres, (CAA Mirvish and Wintergarden) music venue, Massy Hall, tons of restaurants but what would make me stay here again was the customer service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the lovely lady at the front desk that sent up a maintenance man immediately to check out the temperature in our room, he tried his best but heat was not working and he went down to the front desk to find us another room. He came back within minutes with keys to a brand new upgraded gorgeous room. Later that evening while getting ready to go out, we discovered the hair dryer in our room was not working. Same lovely lady was at our door within minutes with a replacement. Our waitress at breakfast could not have been sweeter and seemed genuinely interested in assuring that everything we ordered was to our satisfaction. The genuineness of caring for a guest presented by the employees is what stood out. Good job Pantages!

I can't believe the deal I got on this room! It was stunning and I wish my stay could have been longer. I love the location of this hotel. Steps from the Mervish, Dundas Square, and the Eaton Centre. This is the second time I've stayed and it does't not disappoint. Very friendly staff. And luggage storage for the day!

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. From check-in to check out, the staff were wonderful. Gave us bracelets on check-in and were gave such great service. Highly recommend!

Very nice room close to the mall and resultants. Large room almost like an apartment with washer and dryer. We would stay again. Piano bar and breakfast offered.

The safe in the room wasn't working. The curtain to the main room we couldn't open it and the door to our room was stuck and made to mych noise

We stayed for a night to go to concert at Massey hall!!!! Extremely close!!!! Convenient! We ate dinner there as well before the show

We have stayed at the Pantages numerous times. Great location. Never had a problem. Updated rooms make it even better. Minor negative is no parking on site but plenty of public parking close by.

From check in to check out we had a marvellous stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, light and airy. Beds were comfortable and the room was also spacious. We had breakfast once there and it was tasty. The bar staff were attentive and chatty which was nice. No problems leaving luggage until we had to leave. Would return and recommend. Check in was fast. Room was nice and large and maid service and room clean up each day without requesting. However, being on 4th floor it was rather noisy. Air conditioning was especially noise and kept us awake at night. Could not turn it off. Breakfast was included in price too. Checked out after 3 nights as went on a 4 day road trip to Niagara. Checked back in when back in city. Will review that part later.

Lovely downtown hotel, had a corner room with wonderful views and nice sitting room. Bedroom was just perfect with fridge. Staff welcoming. Was an issue with Breakfast on the first day due to shortage of staff and waited over an hour for our breakfast which was the wrong order in the end. Went down early next day and everything perfect, looked like they were missing some staff. Great stay for downtown.

Central location to many walkable restaurants and shopping centers. Parking downtown Toronto can be challenging and expensive as the hotel doesn't offer parking on-site.

Wonderful hotel in excellent location. One block from key subway station and the multiverse that is the Eaton Centre. Dining, shopping, sights abound. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge, comfy, and clean. Superb hotel ideally situated.

A lovely hotel in a great location! Came for a concert and could just walk across the street to attend same.
Area was very walkable and close to dining options and attractions. Staff at the hotel were kind and helpful overall.
I don't recommend the restaurant in the hotel however. Service was quite poor despite the restaurant not being busy. Coffee was good but the food was below average, and certainly not worth the price.
I would stay at this hotel again due to the location, spacious and clean rooms, and helpful staff.

We bookend here for convenience and good reviews. Firstly having purchased tickets for an 8 o’clock show at the Mirvish Theater, secondly having decided to stay the night to spare us the late night drive back home, being from out of town. Happy to have to walk just footsteps from the hotel to the theatre. The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful. The little bar restaurant in the hotel was perfect for a quick cocktail and meal before the show, with lovely staff and quaint yet modern ambiance. I will however mention the parking scene in Toronto is atrocious, and the closest parking to the hotel is at the St. Michael’s ramp across the street. The parking ramp is underground, very tight to negotiate and full. No signs or attendant on site to inform us the ramp was full, we had to back out of the dead-end third level of Dante’s Hell and find parking a couple blocks away.

Overall good hotel with perfect location. The restaurant orders took a bit of time, but nothing critical. One thing it includes kitchen but you need specifically request kitchenette, would be better if it was just there on arrival as after long day of traveling etc its the last thung you want to deal with.

Second stay and not disappointed at all. We’re definitely coming back. Close to everything, makes it easy and cheap to travel with a Uber or a city bike. The kitchenette with full size fridge, stove and microwave sold it for us!
