No proper response from host Facilities not worth for the price paid

Good location

Not a hotel, no hotel staff to help, elevator was broken, my family could not eat at table because it was completely broken, no tv in bedroom, was previously smoked in

The apartment was excellent and exactly as described. Two separate bedrooms, one ensuite and a separate bathroom. We were on the 38th floor with excellent views and no noticeable street noise. It was spotlessly clean and had plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. We were only staying for one night but it would have been a great base for several days.

The key collection was a bit confusing. Check in was from 4:00pm but we arrived a little early at 3:45pm. Reception didn't seem to have any idea what the arrangements should be and suggested contacting the host or seeing if the apartment was open. We tried the door, but it was locked so we tried phoned using the contact details from booking.com. The cleaner was running a bit late, so we eventually got in a little after 4:00pm which was fine, but the instructions could have been clearer.

I liked the location a lot. The unit was pretty good. The layout was good. The amenities were good. It was cozy. The AC worked after I dialed it in.

The elevators.... the elevators.... the elevators.... we were stuck on the ground floor with no way up more than once. Lobby security walked me, my wife, and small children up to our room out of pity. (His key fob worked to an adjacent floor, and we used the stairs because he had a key those, too) 300 front street has a terrible elevator system. I called Global Stay and asked for a refund at one point. After an hour stuck at the ground, what would you do? I was frustrated. Your anit getting access to your room..... I tired 3 times to go up. You wait with many other tired guests also tired of waiting. Then you end up back at the ground floor. And then do it again on a different lift.... then do it again. Oh snap. Then it works. Security opens the floors, so it works... I called text and messaged global stay. They were polite and kind. I appreciate that. The only thing is they said to contact the security. Security was frustrated because they were escorting mantle guests to their rooms through the stairs, as I mentioned. I arranged my plans... not as I wished but by the number of times you had to use the elevator. Go down without brushing your teeth.. I guess you don't brush your teeth that day. No regular minded person wastes that much time on an elevator. Ok... no more elevators. Next, the toaster didn't work.... small thing.. there were also missing cutlery and glassware. You could not set a table for 4. My gamily eats at the table old school. There was only 1/2 a roll of paper towel. Ok, no problem... The sheets for the second bed were not adequate. Fine they are just kids.....The duvet had not been washed in a while.... Every pillow was stained under the pillow cover. Ok... you guys are taking advantage of guests. That's the bottom line. This isn't one thing it's a trend. I am a reasonable man. I spend 180 days a year on the road. I have had many terible rooms. I have had many great rooms.

Everything was perfect!! I love our stay. It’s clean and nice view. So glad we found this place.

Hope they have bidet too 😄

Conveniently located downtown right across the convention center.

Check in was a disaster..you need to go to another location for the keys, if you are lucky enough to find the place, then there are a hundred lock boxes hang on a wall and you need to find yours..only to realize that the key is not there. Staff didn’t communicate that and sent me back to the aptm building after I called them. Once there the reception wasn’t informed about the key and they refused to deliver it to me. Check in took me over 40 min

Le gestionnaire Globalstay est le pire établissement de gestion auquel nous ayons eu à faire. Des échanges mails interminables qui aboutissent sur un Check-in catastrophique !!! Plus de 2h pour comprendre avec la conciergerie sur place que l’appartement attribué pour lequel nous avions reçu le numéro l’étage et la place de parking par mail quelques jours avant , a été loué à quelqu’un d’autre. Finalement nous rétrogradons après une dizaine d’appels téléphoniques du 39 au 16eme étage. Une honte absolue. A 20h passée la plate-forme téléphonique nous demande d’attendre environ 2h le temps de faire des vérifications. je vous passe les détails sur le fait qu’aucune des photos promotionnelles ne correspond à l’appartement attribué
