Soap was not vegan.

Beautiful room. Clean with nice washroom. Helpful staff! Appreciated the bottled water offered on arrival and departure. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced as well!

The water in the pool was on the cold side.

Room on 12th floor in a room with double bed

Air conditioner made noise as if it was decades old. I couldn't sleep half of the first night. When i raised it with the reception the next day, i was told that will be looked into and room will be changed. On checking again, there were no remarks in my booking. Now my room was changed but AGAIN same problem. Secondly, there was hefty incidental hold on my card without notifying me. I was told it will be reduced to a less amount but again no action just like the previous point.

Location is 4 miles away from Trillium Hospital. We went to visit a relative who is sick

There is no space to hang our coats. There is a safe box on top of a table which is inside the closet.

Came for a show, stayed overnight. All was good.

The property was a great leisure. Great environment good staff nice welcoming hospitality… I had a problem with my health during a stay at delta hotel… I had rushed to the hospital for about a week. stayed at the hospital for a week. I forgot to check out of my hotel room… and misplaced my key for the hotel room. I had valuable items a purse, shoes and Cash money… I ended up going back after my discharge, and asked about my items they had gladly gave me back my clothing. but I was missing my money… they didn’t reimburse anything to me which is unfair especially being in sick health. someone had robbed me
