Great hotel

Property was a distance from train and tube stations but taxis were readily available and could be rebooked from the hotel

Excellent service, I was spontaneously upgraded which is always a win, but this room was very swish and ultra clean. Would definitely return.

Great stay, friendly staff

- Hotel was average. First observation was the hardwood flooring. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. A rug would have been nice. Unfortunately the guide on the television did not provide a guide as to what was on the TV and just kept showing as blank. + Modern. Good quality toiletries. Good air con. Nice clean shower room and toilet. Conveniently located to the North Circular and amenities within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff

We made a last minute change to our visit to London and I am genuinely so happy we chose this hotel. We had a twin room and it was huge! So much space we needed so super happy! Great products for the bathroom available, we got back at 1am after our concert and we could easily get back in and even managed to grab a drink before the bar closed. Easy check out process too. Really quiet despite the busy road opposite. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was ok

Lobby is fine. Room stank of smoke. Floor condition is terrible to be honest. Room otherwise is fine for London and what the location is. Well connected with two underground’s with walking distance and buses. Breakfast is average

Nice hotel. You are a bit isolated though. The underground is within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

Clean room, very accommodating staff. Restaurant food was very good for the price. Woken up several early morning hours by youngsters knocking on wrong door (ours) or running thru the halls. Quite a distance from tourists sites.

Was a short overnight stay checked in late nearly midnight and out at just before 8 facilities and staff were fantastic will def stay there again parking at £18 overnight was expensive given that it was such a short stay

We booked a room for 3 people at this hotel as we were attending an event at Wembley Stadium. The hotel has its own parking which was important to us we were travelling in by car (there is a charge for this) The room was not ready when we arrived but we were early so we sat in the bar/coffee shop whilst the room was prepared. When we finally went upstairs, the room comprised of a double bed and a bed made up from the sofa. There was a desk and chair, wardrobe with a safe inside and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash are available. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. The room was comfortable although we could not adjust the air conditioning and ended up with the window open because it became too hot. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening so I am not able to comment on the offering. We had booked breakfast which was plentiful with a choice of both continental and cooked items, cereals, juices, fruit, yoghurts, tea and coffee. The hotel was convenient for Wembley and we called an Uber which picked us up at the door and dropped us as near as possible to where we were going. On the way back we walked for about 10 mins and then called another Uber to pick us up to return us to the hotel, which saved on the long queues at the underground. We would definitely consider staying here again when we next visit Wembley.

The manager Will was extremely helpful during our stay . Definitely would stay here again. Also close to metro station. Excellent dining choices as well.

Good location

The staff was very friendly, but when asked for something special for my daughter’s birthday the gentlemen on reception said that they would put a ballloon and card in our room but never did. That’s the only downside to our stay that we had.

Pleasant stay

We were able to check-in a bit earlier which was very convenient after a long trip from the airport to the hotel. About two days later our AC stopped working and they were able to easily accommodate us to another room to ensure we were comfortable. The room was cleaned very well and enough space for 2 adults. It was also conveniently close to the tube!

We were checked in with minimal fuss and there was one lovely lady at the bar that mid afternoon and that's the best. Get into room and there is broken glass on the floor - quite a lot. Called the desk - they ask if we broke something??? Then send housekeeping with a camera?? Eventually we got another room. Checking out next day we get told we have to pay parking. No one explained this. They couldn't find our check in signed sheets either. Not good.

Good location for access into London but there is nowhere local to eat or go for a pint so your limited to the hotel bar (which is fine might I add).

It is near to North Acton station

I’m very happy I have chosen this hotel

Quiet and clean, however after 10 pm there is little to nothing to do/eat in the area, about 40-60 mins to the center of london

The room is spacious and clean, although there is some noise due to the proximity of the main road. It is located conveniently near North Acton Station.

It was excellent stay, just improve in cleaning the rooms.

I booked room with Breakfast. They didn’t provide the small bottle of water in the room. When requested, it was informed that, it has to be bought from Bar or near by Supermarket. They don’t provide it.
