I was very happy with the service from the front desk upon arrival, the cleanliness and the comfort of my room. The only thing I wish is there was a fan for the bedroom portion separate from the living room/kitchen. From this experience I would definitely book here again if staying in the area and will consider Homewood Suites for my future stays

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in the past, and this was the nicest one yet. The front desk is pleasant and professional and the rooms are spacious, convenient and comfortable. A stay and hard-to-find excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast is delicious. Highly, highly recommend

The room smelled of urine when we entered it. We found that some cushions on the couch smelled horribly like nasty urine. They sent someone up to spray something on it, and it was supposed to be cleaned the next day, and it never was.
The toilet handle broke the second day, and we let the front desk know and no one ever came to fix it. We had to reach in the tank water to pull the chain to flush it each time.
The only maid service provided was the trash cans emptied and some towels haphazardly put in the bathroom. They only gave us two towels to start with with a reservation for 6 people.

I stayed one night with my daughter as a convenient location to the Pearson testing center. Testing center is 3 -5 minute drive. Hotel newly renovated & clean. Would recommend to others

This is a beautiful property. We stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times we had really nice rooms. The 2nd time the room was very clean and loved the fact the bed was in a separate room. The bathroom shower faucet was leaking and not working properly. My husband went down and told them and they were going to send someone right up. We were getting ready to leave. The staff was very friendly. Very refreshing in a day and age where people just aren't anymore. If we ever are in Montgomery again, we will surely go back there.

What we liked was the friendliness of the staff when signing in. I always like that personable touch. Too much has just become electronic this, electronic that so it's nice when the staff takes the time with you like they did in Montgomery. The room was beautiful. I guess I forgot we were getting a kitchen which was an added plus. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was dirty around the molding, but I haven't seen a real super clean bathroom ever at a hotel so wasn't displeased. I don't like sausage, but the breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was not good and selections was limited. Coffee was cold and no waffle irons at this location. Construction in dining area made a person not want breakfast. Only 1 elevator was working during my stay.

Upon my arrival at the property, I saw cockroaches outside. I didn’t think anything about it as the property was being renovated, and though my room had been newly renovated, there were cockroaches in it, I had grand children with me terrible terrible. Terrible conditions.
