Stingiest hotel, I have ever stayed.I guess I paid much more than what it worth, I dont know it was hotels problem or expedias being missinformative, but this hotel should be downgraded for 3 starts for the service they provide, you have to pay for everything let me explain:1. You have to pay for safe box! (2 euros per night).2. Water provided only upon arrival? How they claim that they care for the health of customers and they even not keeping them hydrated in a beach hotel where everyone exposed to sun all the day!3. No mini bar !4. No Tissue Box provided!5. No coffee /tea and hot water kattel provided!And when I 1st expressed my disappointment to the hotel, they told me refer to the agent you've booked from, they supposedly to inform you, instead of making up for the customer in any way possible! So disappointing!!!This is not to mention that my room was the last room on the floor ! It wasn't the stay I was expecting for after my 2 years of waiting for vacation due to pandemic.Location wise, it was far 10 minutes by car from the centeral €10 for each way by taxi.The only beautiful thig was the beach, Makronissos beach is the most beautiful beach I have seen, I really enjoyed the beach.

Excellent experience with my family. Very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location and beach. For sure I would go back there

The worst experience: charging me EUR 2/day for usage of a built in safe in the room, while charging me EUR 189/day b/b at check-in.At check-in, I was sent to a disappointing room. When I asked for a better one, I was told by the receptionist that "all the rooms in the hotel are the same" and I was sent to another, the same type room, which I rejected. Only then, I was told by the MOD that tomorrow I would be transferred to a better room (so, there was a better room!?). I was transferred tomorrow to a better room where I spent remaining 4 nights out of my 5-night stay at this hotel.

I will start with the positive, the reception staff. Ludmila is a gem of this hotel- always friendly yet highly professional and looking after all my needs. I can be a demanding guest sometimes but Ludmila was so pleasant and always found a solution for everything I needed. The second best thing was the spa-one of the best facials I had from Chrysa, 75 minutes of pure enjoyment. She is an angel. And Valeria was amazing in looking after me every day at the gym and the spa. The gym was great for a hotel gym and met my needs in terms of equipment and there is a huge indoor swimming pool just next to it, where I would end my sessions in the mornings. So quiet and peaceful-pure bliss. The beach is also beautiful and I loved it. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the breakfast-it did contain choices but it offered same food every day. Another thing I expected more for the price I paid was the room itself. It was a decent size but not comfortable bed- the most important thing for a hotel, if you ask me. I was also disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no bathrobes etc. When I upgraded to a swim up room I was even more surprised to find the room itself was actually a bit older and even less comfortable than the room I had initially. The outdoor area was excellent and I loved having the private pool with loungers and jacuzzi just a step out of my room, but the bathroom the bed, etc. not to a high enough standard.

Nice beach. They had changed the channels line up which I didn't like and the Mexican food was not good. Nice bed and decor. Overall good.

Perfect location that has everything you need for your holiday. Sitting on one of the best beaches in Cyprus, with gazebos, beach bar, water sports, seafood restaurant, rooftop bar, spa & shisha to top it off! Recently refurbished & clean, plus staff very friendly & helpful.

Overall a very nice stay. Hotel staff are fantastic and always looking to please and do so quickly. Certainly a family-owned feel to the place. It has also been renovated and is very well maintained. Breakfast was slightly below expectations, but still quite good and all pastry is amazing.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Ludmila at the reception and we were told we got a free upgrade of our room (From a standard to one with pool access = shared private pool outside our room window). Superb. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Facilities are well maintained: the pools are in excellent condition. Restaurants too. There is also a nice spa and gym. The gym could have been better maintained (the instruments) but it is a minor detail. Staff is friendly and assisting at all times. Breakfast is of good quality and has a wide variety of food. Given it is a massive tourism hotel, the quality was of high standard. The beach in front of the hotel was fabulous: clean golden sand, crystal clean water. Facilities at the beach were very good as well.

If was a noisy hotel for us, you can't relax by the pool or the beach reading a book or something because of the noise of the guys all around. Beach is not good also compared to other parts in Ayia Napa

Amazing hotel beautiful views and grounds stunning beaches schorchio weather! The hotel was clean and tidy the staff were excellent and very helpful.we stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor it had a hottub on the balcony and sun loungers the room had air conditioning the bathroom had a light which wouldnt turn off which was annoying at night time. The food was delicious and you always had a massive choice at all meals. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful the pool area was great there is a pool bar going inclusive is a good idea here. There is a baby pool and adult poolThere is a lovely bar and seating area just above the beach. The weather was v hot there was an orange moon for two nights there were two weddings when I was there ideal location for families it was the best hotel Ive stayed in. The wifi was frustrating if you want to use it make sure you are in the reception of the hotel it only works there beach walking distance couple of minutes from the hotel beautiful white sand turquoise warm water with little fishes swimming round. Overall it was a fantastic hotel I would definitely recommend it.

It was an amazing trip stayed in the junior suite with a jacuzzi loved every minute of it.

We visited in the second week of april, weather did not completely cooperate for a beach holiday, but this did not stop us from having a great holiday. With all-inclusive, we ate and drank, and played games, enjoyed the evening entertainment, and hotel facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we felt at home. We were four families travelling together and all had a terrific week. Great value for money and would love to visit again.

Hotel decor is clean, sleek, and slightly sterile contemporary design. Most of the staff is very friendly, particularly after seeing you for a couple of days. Room power and AC only work when electronic key is in place, so room is very warm upon return from outside activity. Just one key requires couples/families to plan carefully if performing separate activities. For a hotel with "beach" in the name, expected a private beach. While most users are from the hotel, beach is public, so an umbrella and two lounge chairs will cost you about $ 9 per day. The water is crystal clear and calm.
