It was off season, so we were able to book a room at an amazing price. The front desk staff person was friendly and helpful. The hotel and the property are well kept. Our room was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was fine, but really far from the front desk. Only one elevator. Pillows were cheap, T.P. was one-ply. Ice is only by front desk. Breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly, excellent Chinese restaurant up the street.

I was really surprised that our room didn't have a microwave, the pool was tiny but luckily there weren't many people. Breakfast was odd, there was no cream cheese for the bagels and the eggs were beyond gross.

The location was excellent. Conveniently located near outlets, restaurants and other things of interest.
The thing that was the most annoying was the noise from air conditioning in our room and the one above us.
Also, it would have been great to have had a small microwave.

Run away from this hotel!! The hall smelled like urine and febreeze, the room was so damp and musty the smell was sickening like mold. I had to move my family to another hotel after the first night. Woman at the front desk was so rude and wanted to charge me for additional days, for leaving. Terrible customer service, will never stay at another best western

They have wood/laminate floors!!! No rugs. It feels cleaner and more modern. There’s a fridge to keep our water cold.
One thing…our room had a funky smell. May need to change bed skirting. Why have it? Keep it minimal in these rooms- less to worry about. Get ride of armoire- put a long, narrow desk to place our bags instead of broken closet. Need more flat surfaces.

They need to up their game on pillows. Didn't sleep well, tossed alot. Woke up with soar neck every morning.

Although it was clean, there is an odd smell that lingers throughout the hotel. It seems to be a mixture of humidity, urine, and air freshener. This is present in rooms and hallways. There were no towels or water in gym area, and the treadmill did not work. Pool was ok. Breakfast was nice as well. Good location.
