This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return to a later saying’ your towels would be moved if no return in 30 minutes. 😡. The star status it gives its self is ridiculous. I would rate this 2 star at a push. We we return.. absolutely not.. staff of rude and arrogant. The only staff that are worth there wages are the cleaners as they have to try and clean what is already a broken room. I even roomed to find a new hotel on arrival I was that disappointed. You live and learn I suppose. I learnt that I won’t be retuning. Not for a good pig.

Stuff is very friendly and trying their best during covid. Furnitures were worn out and the tiles were extremely slippery when wet which happens if you have the hot tub on the balcony. Also, the glass decoration on top of shelves have sharp edges which I think dangerous with small children. Normal food, plenty of things to do with kids 15 minutes walk from the beach. We had a nice week there.

Lovely layout, spacious rooms, amazing facilities, very clean, and absolutely lovely staff who were really helpful with any questions asked!! Useful free bus to the main areas too! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Fab stay here. Rooms kept exceptionally clean. Staff were fantastic. Food was to a good standard and had sufficient variety. Beds quite hard but this by no means ruined my holiday. Good selection of activities available. Pool was clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was great in every way except the lunch and dinner timetable which is very short considering we traveled with 2 small children. 1-3 pm lunch seems short and dinner starts quite late at 7pm. Also staff was great and helpful except for one person from the restaurant who told us we can not take any food to our room even thou our children were sleeping and we missed out on 4 dinners from 8 nights because of this and 3 lunches.

Hotel itself was great; pool areas and kiddies pool and club were all fab, loads to be doing. Staff were all lovely and food/all inclusive was great. Always loads for kids during the day if they get hungry between meal times. On our second last day some maintenance work has started to be carried out around the pool, a huge area sectioned off to be re-tiled which was quite noisy more than anything. Personally it didn’t bother us as we were leaving but I can see how it would upset those who were just arriving as the work was unexpected.

Fabulous hotel to stay at. Ivan on the front desk was amazing, along with all the staff!! Stunning beaches nearby, and food was delicious with plenty to choose.

We stayed here from 10th February to 16th February 2019 .We are a family with .two teenagers.Our booking was for an apartment with balcony and city view.We were given an apartment (003)with no balcony no view and no sunshine.We were moved next day as an appartment came vacant with a pool view and sunshine.The staff fwere exceptional. There was not one person you could find fault with. They work really hard and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of food was excellent,my wife is a vegetarian and never had a problem with food, the entertainement staff were brilliant. We recommend thi hotel and will definetly would like to go back, the all inclusive is excellent, We have stayed in alot of different hotel and resorts and can honeslty the nicest staff are here and they go way out of their way for you to have a good holiday. We have already recommended a few friends to come here,. The manageress is extremely helpful and again nothing is too much trouble,

Tagor Hotel is a very nice, clean hotel, with heated pools, very good food (everyday seafood) and attractions for children (mini disco, mini club, mini aquapark). It is located in some distance from the sea and unfortunately for my companions - my daughter's grandmothers it was a little too far for a walk. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the beaches (two beautiful beaches ) several times a week.

Good hotel we stayed for 4 weeks and we loved the food, the staff was wery nice and helpfull. The only thing we did not like was the vine who was included. Recomend this hotel.

We went to this hotel for our 16 month year old daughter it has a lovely play area and small children's pool and splash pool area. The staff can not do enough for you. If you are looking for a child oriented holiday this is the place

we found the Tagoro a good family hotel, not bad for couples but would not choose the location again as it was too far from the coast and main entertainment. Although we had no children with us we were very dissapointed at the amount of smoking going on around the children. The hotel would be a better place if it had designated smoking areas, all inclusive finishing at 11pm not so handy for any people without children, but it is a family hotel , plenty of good food for all ages, staff hard working, really nice little area with mini water park for the little kids

This hotel is suitable for everyone from a girly holiday, to a couples getaway and for family adventures. We had a really bad first night stay at another hotel so was looking for something alot better so we called expedia for some help as we didn't know which hotel to go for and they suggested this one. The lady was really helpful and told us about the facilities here as well as customer feedback and we decided to go for it straight away. We travelled as a couple and when we got there it was everything we was looking for plus more. All members of staff from the receptionists down to the clearners were very friendly, welcoming and polite. The hotel has great views as it is on a hill but is in a great location, its about a 10min walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance and the siam shopping mall is right on their doorstep. We never had to walk anywhere as we hired a car but even the world famous siam waterpark was really close the the facility. I could go on all day about the good points of this complex as it has so many. We were extremely happy staying here.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel but I think it best suits families with children 10 and under. My kids are 15 and 18 so not enough going on for them. Staff were friendly, rooms clean and spacious and food quite good for an all inclusive. Takes about 15 to 20 mins to walk to beach but we like walking so that wasn't an issue for us. Nothing really going on in the immediate vicinity. Good value over all but setup for families around the pool.

This hotel is fabulous for families. Spacious suites all inclusive. Everything to keep children happy. Lovely pool area. Great hard working staff. It is really well kept and I have no negative comments at all.

The Vila Tagoro is catered apartments, rather than a hotel. A choice of basic apartments surround a central pool, and smaller children's pool and play area.
Ideal for families with children from 4 to 12.
The only bar is the pool bar. At night plastic pool tables and chairs are arranged around a stage next to the pool. The only coffee available is in polystyrene cups, very disappointing for an after dinner coffee.
Entertainment is available around the pool, much of it for children.
The buffet meals are very good. A good choice, and plenty of change from day to day, and from lunch to dinner.

Amazing experience. The hotels was excellent, the facilities high standard. I would rate as brilliant the Kids Club and the entertainer Virginia who goes the extra mile to please and amuse the kids. Would go back next year..

This is my second time at the Tagoro, the first in 2014 and again a wonderful stay. Took the kids this time and we all had a really good time. Hotel has a lovely friendly intimate feel and all staff were extremely helpful. Kitchens have been refurbished since our last visit and the new look and set up is a great improvement. Ana at the restaurant is absolutely lovely and never without a smile every day. Always something good to eat and drinks are always flowing well at the pool bar with a great choice available including cocktails. Rooms are lovely and big and cleaned every day. Entertainment team is hotel based but not too intrusive and pushy. Good location and a 20min walk to the beach. My only down point is that they need new toasters! :-) queue for them in the morning as you have to put your toast on them about 6 times to get the bread brown, but if that's the only bad point - I can deal with that!!

Had a lovely holiday - booked on the Sunday arrived Monday! Most things were great, food was good although gets little bit repetitive (as with all AI hols), drinks good, never any hassle getting sunbeds. Rooms were huge (separate living/bedroom)and very clean, kettle and microwave in room. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly.
Wifi was ok - comes and goes but sufficient for holiday.
My only gripe would be not getting coffee in a proper cup by the pool (polystyrene!) You get coffee in a proper cup at breakfast but that's the only time of day.
We would definitely go back.

We stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly . The rooms were clean and having the maid service every day was nice. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The children spent most of their time in the pool, which could get very busy (that would be my only criticism). Happy to go back next year !!

Awful experience. I had booked a superior room through Expedia as it had a hot tub on balcony. Was given a jacuzzi in room and told this was a superior that they regraded and the one with hot tub was now called a premium superior room! We booked this in January and had looked forward to it only to be greatly disappointed at check in and was told I had to pay a further 200 euros if I wanted the room I had already paid extra for!! Food was horrendous resulting in us having To eat out every mealtime. The queues for dinner meant your food was absolutely freezing by time you got to end of line and queues for bar were just as bad.

The hotel 'apartment' style of rooms was perfect for us as a family of 4. We had a nice big balcony but there was quite a difference between ground floor terraces and first floor balconies in terms of privacy. Its worth going for a superior room. The food was quite good but long queues. The pool was big but we preferred to go to Aqualand very nearby which was great fun.
