Comfy bed. Good size TV. No hairdryer in room and none at reception. Have stayed in a Campane before and had hairdryer. Need English Breakfast Tea Bags. Lampshades in room look dirty and need replaced.Breakfast good but should finish at 10am and not 9 am.

No good to sleep in double bed with my wife. Was our choice for the price

We were very thankful for the air conditioning after travelling for 5 hours on a motorbike in 100 degrees heat! Shame air conditioning wasn't in the restaurant as we had to quickly have our food and escape back to the bedrooms for a cool down! Staff were polite and attentive too!

if you can afford pay £10-15 more and get yourself a better hotel, Ibis or something else in the main town can be booked for as little as £45. The guy on duty was very very helpful so my comments only concern the facility and not people who run this place. It looks like a storage facility, dingy and very basic. If you are okay with this then go ahead, otherwise if you expect a half descent place to kip after a long drive then look else where.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept very well. There's even tea and coffee in the room (with a water heater).

Room was not very clean, hotel was in isolated location and main building is separate from reception. Staff were friendly but could not understand English so if you don't speak French, booking this is not a good idea. On checkout I was also charged an extra hidden surcharge which is incurred for every day you stay. Taxis to hotel from Strasbourg Airport are also very expensive at night, I got charged a whooping 45 Euros for less than 6 miles distance.

This hotel was easy to find as it was just outside the city. It had a good restaurant as well as free wi-fi (it felt like dial up, but it worked). The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were decent.

Room was clean but kind of small. There were 3 of us and when you pull the trundle bed out, you can barely walk in the room to get to the bathroom. stayed on the second floor in the back towards the river. Room seemed quiet enough for us. Bathroom was decent and clean. Hotel is about 15 minutes from Strasbourg, so you need a car to stay, but plenty of free parking and fairly easy to get to. Free Wi-Fi. Staff was friendly, although don't think they spoke much English. Did not eat in the restaurant, but it looked nice and had a crowd when we came back from our tour in the evening. Would stay there again

Campanile is always a good stop with wifi, desk, restaurant on site, coffee in the room, ac ....

Terrific value...get a room on the River side...but can't be beaten for the price. No, it's not five star, but it is a home from home and the restaurant is brilliant too.

The room was smallish but clean and comfortable. Likewise the bathroom. Good value for the price. We dined in the restaurant which stayed open for us even though we were a little late. I found the staff friendly.

A tired hotel, room was not very clean, some rubbish left in a cupboard. Dust balls on the floor. Bed however very clean.

Older 2 star hotel will good sized room and a decent bench to work on

Our main issue with this chain motel was that I had reserved a triple room for my 80-year-old parents and 70-year-old aunt. Not surprisingly, the room was tiny, and the third bed consisted of a trundle that pulled out from underneath one of the twins, leaving no space to move in the room. Problem - the trundle was broken and could not be lifted off the floor. My aunt, not a complainer, informed the desk the next day and was told it would be fixed. It was not. When I brought it up with the clerk the next day, who was ringing his hands as I spoke to him like something out of a Dickens novel, he was not responsive. After pressing him, he offered one free breakfast as compensation, which to me did not mitigate what my aunt had to put up with for two nights. One other issue. I asked for a wake-up call the first night and never got it...the same clerk was unapologetic. And when I called on the second night at around 10:00 p.m. to talk to someone about the fact that my aunts bed was still on the floor, there was no answer. These folks are probably operating under the assumption that because we were American, there was little we could do....but I will not use this chain again.

This is a hotel, rather a motel, which located on a crossing of highways didn't seem at first a good option. However thanks to having looked for it in the maps with anticipation we arrived into a pacefully corner by a navigation canal, simple but tidy rooms, free parking, free WiFi internet, and reasonably priced breakfast. It is some 15 min. from Strasbourg center, hold a map or navigator.
