Was a cute little hotel with a great location on the ocean, but the room was very small and the bed was terrible

The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend getaway and the resort was beautiful and super clean, we love our room had a nice balcony with rocking chairs facing the ocean , the beach is across the street. We would definitely stay there again . Thank you

Loved the location. Loved the surrounding area and things to do. For the price I paid I was disappointed with some things in the room. The TV channels we were supposed to have did not work and upon request to have it looked at I was told someone would be available and come look and then that never happened. There was also an issue where they lost our reservation and we almost had to find another place to stay but stayed firm and then they honored it. Overall not a bad stay but not what we thought we would get for the amount we were paying.

Fabulous location, across the street from a small beach with a view of Martha’s Vineyard and walkable to the ferry. It was nice to have a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room and balcony to watch the sunrise.

Very impressed with the cleanliness the well equipped kitchenette and the location could not have been any better!

The location of our condo was perfect. It was walking distance to the beach and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean and quiet. Would return again.

Location was great. Only issue is that the air conditioner was too loud and disrupted sleep.

Heavy construction right outside our room which we were not notified of, typically they at least send you an email about this. Room had a bad smell when we arrive and there were ants all over the room. Ants in both sinks, ants on the counter tops, ants on the silverware, ants everywhere. Cleaning crew came through one, and short of making the bed I am not sure what they did. Trash was left out, bathroom was not clean, in fact when I pulled back the covers on the bed, there was a balled up piece of trash under the sheet. This means they literally just pulled the covers over the trash! I tried to speak to them at check-out, but their office doesn't open up like 10am! When I called to obviously ask for a partial refund they essentially said "no, you should have said something when it happened, so no!"

This place is at a great location. The room is clean. However, the room we got doesn’t even have a window except a glass door to the back patio. The walls are so thin that I can hear the normal chat from all neighbors. Not recommended if you hate noises.

Lovely quaint 1 bedroom apt. Enjoyed our stay. Front desk was so accommodating. The only suggestion is better mattress, otherwise just perfect.

we stayed in a studio unit it was clean and in good condition across the street from the beach however the mattress on or queen bed has see better days very spongy hard to get out of would stay again

This is such a great hotel with a wonderful staff. Very comfortable and will look to return soon!

My husband and I just wanted to get away and Beachside was perfect. We had a deluxe studio that was very roomy. It had a gas fireplace and a huge balcony. Even though it was winter we still spent some time on the balcony as the sun was on it almost all day and the beach was right across the street so we had ocean views for miles. Sarah was very helpful over the phone before our stay and Judy check us in and was very nice and helpful also.
