I chose this property solely because we were going to a concert at the casino and it was within walking distance.
The lady provided excellent customer service upon checking in.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, however, every item in the room was unplugged. It took us a while to find the plugs, plug everything in, then wait on the television to reset. I will add that the furniture is seriously outdated. For the price, I was very disappointed.

Rooms were dirty and not cleaned. Dirty bed and sheets. Trash in the room and refrigerator. Exhaust fan in bedroom noisy, shower curtain was broke and towel rack was broken. They didn’t come to clean the room or give clean towels and wash rags. Coffee pot had old coffee in it with mold. Very bad stay. Will not be back.

UNIT IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM CASINO, SO WALKING IS GREAT. NEAR GAS AND RESTAURANTS. PROPERTY IS DATED BUT CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BED, TWO STORY MOTEL, UPSTAIRS/DOWNSTAIRS BE AWARE IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED. NICE POOL, I DO RECOMMEND.

I have always enjoyed my stays here , however there needs to be a designated “ smoking area” and not in the stair well of the steps going up to the second floor … nasty looking people sitting in the stairwell blocking the way … post some signs and manage it .. should be an easy fix … we will see on my next visit !

The king bed was awful, top sheet was WET FEELING and the pillows were smaller than small and very uncomfortable just like the mattress. Couldn't sleep at all. Noisy and outdoor light lit the room up even with curtains closed. Van in front of office had weeds growing up around it, should of took that as a hint. Never again will we stay there !

This is an older property, obviously, so if you are looking for updated and fancy, this location is not for you. However, everything was clean, the staff were great to work with, there was a great choice of complimentary breakfast items, great coffee, etc. The pool area is kept clean. The parking lot is well lighted for safety. It is located right across the street from the Harrah's Casino, so it is easily within walking distance. The price was very reasonable, considering it was a holiday weekend. And it is a short drive to all the Cherokee attractions. I enjoyed my four days there very much.

BED BUGS. I checked in and looked at the cleanliness of the sheets as usual and immediately saw a bed bug under the pillow. So thankful I noticed immediately and left. Room 206.

The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful when it came to concerns we had The room had been cleaned before we arrived, but only for the sake of what could be seen. Pillow cases were dirty, grounds around the hotel were dirty, and the place smelled of weed. The plus is that the hotel is directly across from Harrah's Cherokee Casino

Check in time was supposed be at 3pm. Our room was not available until 630pm. The room was not clean and the desk chair in the room had huge stains all over. The chair looked liked it was dragged out of a dumpster and put back into use.

We were visiting friends and this hotel met our needs for an inexpensive room to spend the night, and it was great to be across from the casino. Dated complex but it was clean and cool. Not really any complaints other than needed more seats for people to sit and eat breakfast. Ran out of some items early or not have available the next day.
