A good view from 26th floor. Very helpful staff. Only downside is a fair walk to the metro. Otherwise an excellent hotel 👍

Lovely staff and great hotel. The room needed a little bit of maintenance as the bathroom was a little tired looking in places.

Hotel staff Can’t speak much English and room inservice phone always engaged during peak hour. I experience the same in Hilton Malaysia. Unlike Hilton, W Hotel Taiwan always have someone to pick up the phone anytime you order for inservice. I am willing to pay additional charges for early checked-in but room was hot and they did not prepare aircon in advance and when I feedback they said need 1 hour cooling time because it was just turn on. I emailed reservation in advance for early checked in but they didn’t see the need to prepare. So I asked why didn’t you turn on the aircon 1 hour earlier knowing it takes time to cool down ? After my complain, they said will waive the additional charges but when I checked out I was still billed for this charges until I highlight to them that they promise to waive why bill me? Generally Hilton in Malaysia, Japan, London do not give me good experiences. I do not recommend Hilton!

Our room was ready before the normal check in hour and we were allowed to check in earlier. The hotel location is just next to dome where the baseball matches are held. It's also walking distance to ohori park and a mall and teamlab fukuoka.

This is an amazing resort with lots of conveniences and amenities. Tried one of the restaurants and was not disappointed. Staff is friendly!

It was a wonderful hotel, but unless you are going to a ballgame, there wasn’t much to do.

I love everything: location, public transportation, shopping mall near the hotel, breakfast in hotel.

We were a large party of 13 who came in from the US and Canada for a wedding. 2 of us were Hilton Honors members but not given the perks until last day. Our room was wrong and we had to change and were then put on the smoking floor. The only place we could gather was at the bar/ restaurants which closed too early at night. We were asked to leave several times. We noticed at other tables the wine poured in their glasses was twice as much. We did not feel welcome. There were numerous other issues. The wedding however ,was beautiful.

Had an enjoyable stay. Very nice and clean property with a good selection for breakfast and dinner buffet.

Good place to stay but far from central.

Well, I do not recommend this hotel. Property is dirty. We had room service and sushi dinner at Christmas day. We had to remove room service table by ourselves. That table was still n the hallway until we checked out. Bathroom is out of dates. Sushi restraint in hotel recycles chop sticks. We R in grand Hyatt now. Much better place. It is almost the same cost but more convenient to access city. Hyatt is much more comfortable place.

Inconvenient location and 4pm checkin time got my stay off to a poor start. Room was extremely small. Gym wasn’t bad.

Check-in process at Hilton Sea Hawk was the worst experience in my life. Also Wi-fi is very slow.

Worth the amount you pay to stay there. Our room on the 31st floor was spacious with 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. There were tvs in each room. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. Mall next door in walking distance. Lots of choices to eat there. Staff are beyond courteous and the morning buffet for breakfast is wonderful. Stayed 4 nites.

One of my worst experience, overpriced for the quality they offer

An outstanding stay for one night. The view from our 31st floor room was amazing! My only problem was finding the parking garage from the room.

Long wait and unkind and unprofessional staff. I wanted someone else! There is no late checkout, even for a Silver member.

The stuffs were kind and friendly, but too expensive.

The hotel is huge. I like the location as it's relatively quiet and near a famous shopping outlet.

Nice hotel

I like the size of the Western Japanese Suite I stayed in. The suite was clean. Staffs were very accommodating. Didn't like the partially cloaked in the main tub room. BUT I would definitely stay again
