Nice hotel in the middle of things

Great value! The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. We had many requests (early departure, etc.) and they made sure all went smoothly. Wonderful breakfast buffet!! Location is great, easily walkable to sites.

A convenient and good stay in the town centre. Staff are super helpful and good! If you’re booking this hotel because of parking facilities, make note that during weekends if you arrive late, you are likely to miss out and have to park elsewhere.

The hotel was within walking distance to the main station. It was also close to all the museums that we wanted to see. The staff were friendly, helpful and ran things smoothly. Breakfast was an added bonus and there was a great variety. Comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is located not too far from the city centre and main sites.

Proximity to attractions

We stayed for 3 nights at Best western Premier Hotel and it was a mixed bag. Checkin was smooth. The young gentleman helping us out was very professional, knowledgable and very polite.

Problems when we arrived at 9.15 pm they said no free parking and all was occupied, when I would cancel they found a spot, when we parked I saw 3 free place and I checked just before midnight and they was still not occupied 😳 the rest of the stay was good and special the breakfast was terrific 😊

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Included breakfast was wonderful with large variety of options. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to the main square. Very fast check in and checkout. Hotel staff are very helpful and professional.

Hotel is very close to main square and service there is optimal. Breakfast had wide spread. Room adequate, very clean but not large. AC centrally controlled. Complimentary icy water at reception was very welcoming in extreme heat

Hotel had very comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. Its location is within walking distance to the train which is one of the main reasons why we picked it. It is also a few blocks from the main square, the local market and the cathedral.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s an older hotel but very well taken care of and super clean. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. It was in a great location within walking distance to parks, tourist areas, tons of restaurants and shopping. Secure, gated parking! The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Renato and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants, advice about parking and lots of information about the hotel. He was friendly and professional and made us feel welcomed. The hotel had a business center that was easy to access. What stood out the most was the complimentary breakfast included with your stay. Not only was the buffet excellent quality with so many choices, delicious coffees, both and hot cold choices.. but the service and staff was 5 star all the way. They paid great attention to detail, provided service, kept the tables super clean and made up, assisted guests and were always smiling. They were all dressed in uniforms and really did a superior job. I highly recommend this hotel.
