Always really enjoy our stay at dar al masyaf. Great kids club that our boys always enjoyed visiting. Food always good in all restaurants and service really good. Being the very hot period and it being quite a few bits of work going on around the hotel that is well hidden and not a distraction which is good to see them improving things. Could do with an update on the main pool at al qasr as there is a fair few lose tiles in the pool.

Perfect in every eay

Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. She helped me order food, brought me drinks and even put slippers on my feet. May God shower you with blessings Grace. Jeannine Malwitz

They are the best in whole entire Dubai

We like your hotel since 10 years, our family became your clients and a lot of our friends. We like your Staff and service and want to thank Ashis Gomes for his excellent service, as well as Rakib for cleaning excellently and being responsible. excellent atmosphere

Fantastic location for a short break - away from the UK weather! Very helpful and efficient staff who made our stay very comfortable. A great choice of cuisine across a number of restaurant options. Very good facilities with several different pools plus a lovely beach. All in all, we were very happy with everything.

There is not property in dubai better suited to our young family. Its just perfect. Get there and see for yourself !

It’s not what it used to , service and quality is down , for the price you can go so many places We have stayed at Jumeirah beach, Naseem and Masyaf , we went back to Masyaf but it’s not what we remember and most of the guests we talked to had the same experience, unfortunately

Absolutely amazing butler service food cocktail hour

I can’t wait to be back. Everything about this place is amazing. One of the best resorts I have to ever visited. Just stunning !

This was our second time in Dar al Masyaf. We stayed in a summerhouse with a view over the lagoon, where the abras sail past. Beautiful view, wonderfully quiet. The room was nice and spacious with beautiful bathroom. The room are cleaned twice a day. Resort is very nicely laid out with lots of choice of bars and restaurants, friendly staff and great weather. I had a request for a birthday cake. Our butler Shashi and housekeeping Hasindu have taken care of this neatly. The room was decorated with balloons. These two guys are very nice and attentive. Always helpful. A round of applause for the friendly and professional staff from the reception to housekeeping. This is definitely one off my favorite hotels.

The room was advertised on Hotels.com as “water view”. Unfortunately, we were put in a room that was on the ground floor with a view of a wooden fence, with a kids club on the other side of the fence. We advised staff that we’d booked a room with a water view and asked to move rooms but I was told there wasn’t another room available.

Amazing place & service

This is the kind of resort you don't have to leave. It has pretty much everything in this small village. A beautiful place surrounded by water and a green oasis. A bit touristic but overall the place is huge and you will something that fits everyone. Tennis courts, a gym, several pools and quiet places for those who wants it. Would recommend this hotel to families most of all. The main building, Al Qasr has a huge lobby with a cafe and restaurant. + The breakfast has most type of typical food you would look for and the quality is good. You can order some omelett, and you have some nice variation of hummus and other kind of delicate bites. + The summerhouse buildings fronting the lagoon is good and offers a nice view of the water, with everything you need around it, like a private pool. + The staff around the pool areas, the houses and in the restaurants are great. - The staff at the reception was a disappointment. The first person felt uninterested in our visit, and when I can came back to ask why we didn't get the water view as it said in the room description, the second person was like talking to a robot. I eventually gave up and basically had to pay to upgrade the room despite being a Gold Member of Hotels.com. - Asked for a late checkout several times, and they promised they would look into it. Nobody came back, and at the check-out day they said it wasn't possible. Overall, a bit disappointing for a hotell with high reviews and being part of Jumeirah Group.

Great place. Everything is awesome. One of the best places I have ever stayed and for sure a top class location in Dubai. Adult and child friendly for a nice holiday getaway. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in ocean view Arabian summer house, which was exceptional. Excellent restaurant choices. Staff were superb. Couldn’t fault in any way

Stayed for 6 nights and didn’t leave the resort. A city within a city, pools, beaches, bars and restaurants. Wild wadi, turtle feeding, abra and buggy trips. Loved it. Will be back.

The stay at this resort was magnificent/ exceptional. The customer service was beyond excellent. If you want to have a unique luxury experience then Jumeriah Dar Al Masyaf is definitely it. You will not regret it, this is an experience like no other resort can offer. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Dubai.

Unfortunately, far from what a 5 star hotel should be about. High noise level from adjacent roads, noise from adjacent service workshop for the entire hotel, and unpleasant odor from seagrass. Far from our expectations.

Certainly one of the best hotels on the world. No real reason to leave this stunning resort unless you’re keen to see the sites. Impeccable service in unique surroundings. Private boat to your restaurant of choice? Excellent.
