Great stay!

One night stopover visiting friends in the city. Comfortable, clean and cosy room (upgraded to a suite as a nice surprise). We have stayed at this hotel many times and would not only recommend it but choose it again ourselves.

Clean rooms, Friendly staff, easy parking, and Multiple fast food restaurants just across the street.

After we checked-in at the front desk, we went for a bite to eat across the parking lot. While we were eating, the front desk agent came to our table and interrupted our meal claiming I had not given him my credit card # at check-in. It was extremely rude and bluntly, ignorant to stalk me and my family to an off site restaurant and interrupt our family gathering over a credit card number, particularly considering our bags were in the room. I will never stay at this property again.

This is a great hotel in all areas but mattresses need upgrading. They’re too soft and dip in the middle.

Friendly staff. Accommodations clean and comfortable. AC noisy, but otherwise fairly quiet.

The best part of the stay way the very friendly and helpful staff. Natalie at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is pretty rundown and old. Everything in the room was chipped or broken. Water slide has very weird hours so be warned if going with kids

Good service

The cleanliness of the hotel was shockingly poor. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a weird odor that permeated everything. The bathroom was no better, with visible mold in the corners, grime on the tiles, clogged sink & bathtub and brown stains on the ceiling on the wall behind the toilet (room 430), which I can only assume was feces. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. The one meal I ordered at their bistro was inedible (rotten lettuce & tomatoes, rubbery chicken and hard quinoa). I took it back down to the bistro but they refused to refund it. But the horrors didn’t end there. One night, I was shocked when a stranger attempted to enter my room. After confronting him, he showed me an access card issued by the front desk, proving he had been checked into my room. It turns out they had double-booked my room and failed to communicate this to me. Despite my reservation clearly stating a check-out date two days later. As a result, I was abruptly relocated to another room in the middle of the night. This incident disrupted my work trip significantly, leaving me exhausted and unprepared for the following day's meetings. The inconvenience and stress caused by their negligence were beyond frustrating. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of a nightmare.

I asked for towels for the day and was told they’d be there. When I arrived at night no clean towels arrived. Platinum member too!

The pool area had no towels when we arrived. The pool floor was full of sand and dirt. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out bed and was told they had no extra pillows. Our room had two towels. For a three person booking. When we called for extra towels the staff was so confused about what they were doing that they told my daughter that they only had pool towels. The hallways had garbage litered on the floor mirrors are dirty and the shower curtain was stained and moldy. Probably time to update this hotel!! Oh and two drawers of the rooms furniture wont stay closed.

This was a trip to attend a funeral, the location was perfect, close to both the cemetery and the venue for the wake. There's Wendy's, Timmy's, IHOP and an Asian resto across the parking lot and a nice little resto/bar on site. Took the edge off the weekend.

Melinda at the front desk was amazing. Helpful friendly as well as knowledgeable. Super nice! Loved our room. It was spacious clean comfortable and had a cool view. The big screen TV was a nice amenity.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

Had a problem with the room key, 5 times. First they were going to move us, but after replacing the batteries it seemed to work. Later that evening it stopped working again. Couldn't get in the room. One person at the front desk, all the others gone home. He did finally get us into the room after half hour. But this being the fifth time it happened i opted for another room, only to find out there were no rooms available. Next day the door lock was replaced. No further problem. Also no compensation for the amount of time we were unable to enter our room. Horrible customer service. Don't make promises you can't keep.

No complaints! Large, clean rooms, excellent customer service, easily-accessible laundry facilities, microwave and fridge in room. Everything a Marriott should be!

Room wasn’t clean properly. Especially the bathroom, hairs in the tub and a hair tie.
