Staff friendly and polite, helped us find a restaurant for dinner, which was good and within walking distance. Great hot breakfast.

The carpet was very damp. Nothing was done. Wife asked for a fan which was delivered. The neighbors upstairs were loud and thumping on the floor till after 1:00am. Did not sleep well.

This hotel was very clean and welcoming! Panay at reception was so friendly and helpful and very personable! Room as immaculate and comfortable, including the bed. Morning breakfast provided a nice variety and was maintained accordingly! Would definitely recommend!

Bathtub is super, dangerously slippery! Maybe put skid free stickers in it. Scary!!!

The room we stayed in 310 was right across from the elevators and ice vending machine. There was constant traffic all night and the sound of the ice dispensing machine was so loud, especially after midnight which made it difficult to get sound sleep. Other minor issues was the sink did not drain properly and the bathroom door did not lock. Over all the place was good and would definitely stay there again, but will certainly get a room away from elevators. As for breakfast, it was really good and much better than what other similar hotels offer.

We had a nice stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The pool is small and not over four feet but we didn’t need it any bigger. The free breakfast was good as well. It’s in walking distance to some restaurants which was a bonus.

This hotel was very inviting from the moment I walked into the lobby and I was greeted by the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and affordable.

This was a really nice property to stay in. I really loved how close it was to every place I needed to go to or visit, including restaurants, family, and shopping. The staff, especially AJay was personable and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than continental, that was a lot of food to fill up on. The pool, although small was a lot of fun, for those of us who don't know how to swim, I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool served its purpose. The room was nice and clean as well. The only thing missing was a liquid soap and lotion mount by the sink. They only had that one little bitty soap, but I'm glad I travel with my own. Yet having that as an option, that little touch would've given the room a little more pizazz. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend Fairfield, they aim to please.

Very nice fitness room. Great breakfast. Everything was very clean and the room was pretty spacious. All of the staff were very friendly.

We stayed here while visiting Cuyahoga Valley. The staff were incredible. The room and hotel were very clean and breakfast was very good. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
