The walls must be thin in this place because you could hear people coming in and out between 10 pm and midnight. We were in the second floor and could hear people stomping around above us all night. The breakfast was decent. Had a decent amount of options, although the bagel was hard as a rock. Bed was comfy, pillows seemed a bit too puffy. The Netflix on the tv would not accommodate Netflix accounts that have ads, so we couldn’t watch Netflix.

The carpet was very damp. Nothing was done. Wife asked for a fan which was delivered.
The neighbors upstairs were loud and thumping on the floor till after 1:00am.

This hotel was very clean and welcoming! Panay at reception was so friendly and helpful and very personable! Room as immaculate and comfortable, including the bed. Morning breakfast provided a nice variety and was maintained accordingly! Would definitely recommend!

The room we stayed in 310 was right across from the elevators and ice vending machine. There was constant traffic all night and the sound of the ice dispensing machine was so loud, especially after midnight which made it difficult to get sound sleep.
Other minor issues was the sink did not drain properly and the bathroom door did not lock.
Over all the place was good and would definitely stay there again, but will certainly get a room away from elevators.
As for breakfast, it was really good and much better than what other similar hotels offer.

We had a nice stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The pool is small and not over four feet but we didn’t need it any bigger. The free breakfast was good as well. It’s in walking distance to some restaurants which was a bonus.

This was a really nice property to stay in. I really loved how close it was to every place I needed to go to or visit, including restaurants, family, and shopping. The staff, especially AJay was personable and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than continental, that was a lot of food to fill up on. The pool, although small was a lot of fun, for those of us who don't know how to swim, I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool served its purpose. The room was nice and clean as well. The only thing missing was a liquid soap and lotion mount by the sink. They only had that one little bitty soap, but I'm glad I travel with my own. Yet having that as an option, that little touch would've given the room a little more pizazz. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend Fairfield, they aim to please.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area! Our family typically gravitates more toward AirBNB's these days but for the short time we were in town we thought a hotel would be most convenient and most affordable option. Check-in was easy, room was well-kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. All facilities were clean (including the pool and workout room, we utilized both with our kids!) and staff was super friendly and helpful! This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in awhile!

Clean, convenient, quiet, easy parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Stayed two nights for the Easter weekend. Definitely will stay there next time visiting Cleveland or Cuyahoga.
