Bed was great. No soup.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

I arrived a day earlier than my confirmed booking, i had to changed my beddings myself. they just drop off the sheets and i did it myself. the shower wasn't working properly, it took them a more than day just to give me a remote for the television.. Yesterday, July 20, i requested for soap, shampoo and tiolet paper from the front desk, this guy told to look for the house keeping and get from them.. the building has 3 floors, told the guy where will i look, he said look around the entire building that was around 1230pm, when arrived last night I ask the front desk and this guy told me that he is going to send someone to give me shampoo, soap and shampoo. I left and check out around 5:30am, nobody came, i even waited till 1am for the items.. told the front desk when i surrendered my key that they have the "WORST SERVICE" I wont recommend this hotel to anyone. by the way the beddings that i changed wasnt even removed in my room till i left this morning..

Didn't even stay, after trying two rooms I just left the property

Bed bugs and roaches infested

For my whole stay ice machine didnt work. Saw 2 baby roaches by sink where tooth brush is. Staff is friendly though.

Property should be shut down. It was so disgusting. Bed bugs Dirty. And Tagging inside the rooms the restroom was not clean and the toilet was missing i booked this place from Expedia they also didn't care after i explain the horrible situation why i couldn't stay in the dirty room the hotel change 4 different rooms and it didn't made a difference they we're all Disgusting broken microwave The counter's dirty there was bandits use They were just unsanitary The last time I went to get my money back there There were so many other customers Unhappy Asking for their money I will not use Expedia ever again. And I recommend for you not to use it either. I wouldn't want my family to catch something

I arrived at 2:45pm and there was no one at the front desk. A lady with a roller walker sittings in the lobby told me "they aren’t gonna come out until 3pm". I should have ran when I seen the no refunds sign posted on the door. However, I waited until 3:00pm and checked in. The front desk lady was friendly. The room was disgusting. It was hair on the floor, on the sheets, in the tub, and hair and urine on the toilet. I also noticed stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The sofa was stained and had holes. The view was of a dry dirty pool. I could smell marijuana through the vents. After booking another hotel, I turned the key in and checked out. I did not complain. I could tell the clientele they are used to dealing with based upon the parking lot. I would not stay here. It a hotel for drugs and homeless population.

When i look for at cheap motel My first picture i looks excellence you getting your money work when you get the location in you get your room it's trash and doesn't look nothing like the pictures this motel it's getto trash no good should before closer forever

Lots of bugs

When I checked in The microwave didn’t work, the bathroom towels were dirty, there was facial hair all over the sink counter and the water couldn’t warm up and there was broken glass under my bed and the room door frame was cracked/broken, and neighbors were off drugs and yelling at 4 am. I asked for an upgrade and that got denied, I asked for a refund and Expedia wasn’t able to help and only offered a 25 Expedia bucks for compensation. Don’t stay here it is literally A CRACK DEN and terrible. This place shouldn’t be on Expedia. False advertisement and Expedia wasn’t able to do anything helpful. Debating on never using this service again for poor customer service and allowing a motel to falsely advertise on their platform is outrageous

It was loud I couldn't sleep the security opened my door twice without knocking it was awful

Place looks like in pics. But literally disgusting we had to check out because there was bed bugs. Also they don’t clean sheets blankets or anything in that room . Bathroom was disgusting looks like it’s never been cleaned had rat poop on the floor. Don’t waste your money

I have never in my life been in a more disgusting place. Where do I begin! The floor was sticky as you walked the shower had hair all on the walls the tub was chipping the sheets were stained and i also found hair strands in the sheets. It looked like they hadn’t even swept it or ever wiped anything down.

Half the doors appear to have been kicked in on the units. The smoke alarms all chirp-need new batteries-staff did not have any. Carpets are badly soiled, floors not cleaned, Tub was grimy. They employ a security guard from his car to walk you to your room. Pictures of rooms severely inaccurate.

Reserved through Expedia and they charged me In person as well.

The floors, walls, AC unit, balcony were dirty. The paint in bath tubs was peeling off. No one came to clean in the ten days we stay. We had to ask for linen, towels and toilet paper. Nobody offered anything. No fridge, microwave, ironing board.

Disgusting cockroaches writing on the walls a floor that wasn’t even swept not to mention the fact that the bed sheet were stained to holy mackerel and had burn holes in the them and when it was almost time to check out an employee opened it the door to mine and my gf room to tell us to check out the door was locked

The rooms had a strong cigarette smell even though room is non smoking. Poor condition of the rooms and bathroom. Room was dirty blanket had women hair like if the blankets were not changed. Bed was uncomfortable but yea price says it all you get what you pay for, but this has been the worst stay I’ve been to so far.

Not good the door keys didn't work

This place is ran down . They dont have towels . Literally had to clean the room . There was a homeless person knocked out on the floor of the lobby . Pimps n hoes outside the place . This shouldn’t even be on hotels.com terrible “hotel”

People pounding on doors and yelling at 3am, maggots and bugs in the room, overall dirty, staff is rude to customers in front of other customers, they’re rude in the phones, door key needs to be changed daily and the keys don’t work all the time and you have to keep replacing them. It was a bad experience for me and not worth saving a few dollars.

Nothing unique on the property disability was egnore we ask downstairs they give us second floor walk on stairs up, faucets shower broken I showed them they said in one hour nobody showed up not enough table to put all your thing no chair on premises for you to sit except the bed doors not working properly hard to open and computer card hardly work no tissue no towel except only one you have to bring your own not enough hook to hung your towel or your clothes no emergency phone inside the room no telephone Jack charger door on bathroom need adjusting won’t slide electrical need attention only one table next to bed s/b 2 side by side and also light this hotel requires attention maintenance. Thank you

Was a good spot too stay good food in the area and fast internet just a really dirty shower and no towels

Nothing like what the picture looked like

Our room door did not close well and had light coming around it always. The card lock did not work well and even the staff master key barely got us in the room (after many card swipes). The room was not very clean and reeked of smoke although I booked a non-smoking room. At just after midnight, a desk clerk pounded loudly on our door and woke us up. I was frightened and not sure whether to snswer or call the police. He demanded we come to the office. At the office, he wanted to see my ID and wrote my name. He said the computer was down so he had to see who was in the rooms.

I didn't like anything about this motel. It was dirty,it had a real bad order and bed bugs

Not only did I have to wait over an hour to check in because the receptionist could not find my reservation, when I got into my room it was filthy. It looked as if someone had just left. They immediately switched me to a new room in which the key did not work. It was overall a terrible experience.
